I ordered shirts from this company totaling approximately $73. I ordered four XL shirts, but when the items arrived they fit more like 2XL and had no size tags at all. The quality was also far below what was advertised.

For about three months, I went back and forth with the company trying to return the shirts and receive a refund or proper resolution. They refused to provide a return shipping label and would not accept the shirts back. The only compensation they offered was $8, which is unreasonable given the amount spent and the unusable products.

Because they refused returns, I filed a dispute through Apple with extensive documentation, including emails and photos. Apple ultimately denied the dispute, stating the items were not returned within the required timeframe, even though the company refused to allow a return in the first place and would not provide a shipping label.

In my opinion, this business uses misleading advertising, ships low-quality products that do not match the advertised sizing, and then manipulates the return and dispute process to avoid refunds. The company appears to operate overseas, which makes accountability and consumer protection difficult.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

We ordered December 6, arrived January 17. We paid for expedited delivery and via American Express. Without our knowledge Liberty somehow went through PayPal into our checking account for $17 more than on AmEx. I only keep $1 in PayPal. All 3 items are same cheesy polyester. Website said made locally so why did shipping track say Dublin Ireland. We are in North Carolina. I think Liberty is violating logo licensing too. Run

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered from this place and would love to close them down. The claim US made but if you want to return it, you have to pay 3x the amount you first paid! The shirts were not sized correctly and one of them had a cheap iron on that wouldn’t last thru a 2nd washing and apparent was a replacement shipping because they claim the first was lost. I wanted to send it back to the US address on their label but I would have to send back to overseas address and they would not cover the return!
I paid with PayPal and I found they billed me for almost $8 over what I paid! I appealed! I kept the shirts and wanted the overcharge refunded! PayPal sided with them and said I received it and closed the case. I tried to get the info the company provide PP that they chose to side with when I had a receipt showing I was billed on amount and PayPal another! I tried for days to ask how I had a receipt for one price and how could they side with them. I went thru PayPal and appealed the appeal and PayPal is giving me a credit and is investigating this company. Of course the info I have on the seller is different than it shows here. If you paid PayPal and they rejected your claim, go to the chat app and let your problem be known! Every review helps and will hopefully shut these scammers down!!

I ordered Freedom Shirts the first part of my order finally came The second order has not arrived. I found the shipping confirmation it is sitting in Iowa. I have been emailing support told me they couldn’t find it. They want me to re-order no way. Then I received another email they would refund me without their shipping and loss. Excuse me this is not good customer service I want my damn shirts now. I already informed many friends and family not to order from you. The worse customer service ever I worked in customer service and we always took care of our customers never excepted them to pay.

I ORDERED A SHIRT AND IT GOT SENT TO THE DEAD LETTER OFFICE BECAUSE THEY PUT A FRAUDULENT LABEL ON IT. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING AND DID NOT PAY IT. THEY ARE GIVING ME A HARD TIME GETTING MY MONEY BACK BUT THE LADY AT THE POST OFFICE SAID TO SAVE THE LETTER THEY SENT ME AND TAKE IT TO THE BANK AND THEY WILL GET MY MONEY BACK-THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!@!

Poor quality, took over a month to get, sizes not correct. Try multiple times to return since said guarantee satisfaction but will not provide info to return. Paid thru afterpay and afterpay cannot do anything regarding my dissatisfaction. This company is a scam. Please don't order from them. I basically loss over $200 because items don't fit. I cannot even tell what sizes they sent because no tags. Nothing is t-shirt material and was supposed to be or sweatshirt material. Every item is a cheap, polyester type of material. Run from this company.

If I could Give zero stars I would. Ordered 3 shirts 9/21/2025. Immediately got a bogus tracking site saying order was in customs in Ireland. Their website says all orders shipped within 24 hours from US. LIES. I kept getting bs tracking updates. Thankfully I used PayPal who told me beginning of November I would get a refund. Got email today that they rescinded that and no refund because this crap company said it was delivered. Not true. Funny I got an email two days ago and mysteriously the tracking now from USPS and item was listed as "disposed at facility"???? Called PayPal again and stood my ground. Supposedly I will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days. Hopefully this will happen because I don't have $80 to throw away and our function was ruined because we never got the shirts. Shameful business practices.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered .This company is a SCAM! I should of known when I saw overseas tracking information! Live and learn ..They claim the package was delivered, but it wasn't, there never was a package to begin with!! ZERO STARS if I could !! Do NOT order anything from this company! It's been TWO months since I placed my order and I still have not received my order. Come to find out, 10 days after the fact that it was delivered to the wrong city! I have emailed them several times and they just keep telling me the same things, like they aren't reading my emails. They kept telling me to call that post office, that they could track it with the tracking number that they provided me. I did that, 1st of all they can't track it with an international tracking number, and 2nd it had been 10 days since it had been delivered so there was no way of knowing what addressit was delivered to. Anyway, I have been round and round with them and now they are ignoring my emails. I even sent the "documents", that they asked for lol I sent them pictures of the emails showing the city it was delivered to and the date it was delivered and the date I got the email saying that it was delivered.
Rant over...... Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!

Keep watching your bank account. They have charged my account three times. And I only bought two shirts, which were crap by the way. They are overcharging your accounts. Please be aware it’s not going to say liberty faith it’s going to be something like be blessed.

Should have no stars. Bought 3 shirts and a hoodie. All of the shirts were the wrong size. The hoodie I think is a little small for what I ordered. took over a month to get here. And I had free shipping, but I had to pay the post office because they didn't cover all the shipping cost. The quality is poor the hoodie is almost t shirt thin. All came from overseas. I think mine came from Spain. At least 1 package. They sent in 2 packages. Cost me 21$ at post office. Do not order from them. Picture are blurry too

If no stars was an option I would have chosen to just leave my comment. It has taken 3 1/2 months to receive my very large order. I finally get my package today and I have nothing good to say. The sizes are way off they are nothing like the pictures front and back should have been printed on and they just say Freedom. Poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Sent me AI photos and Halloween costume material shirts. Extremely difficult to deal with, ended up having to do a charge back. Beware this is a scam!

Like everyone else here i had to put 1 star or it would not post… This place is a SCAM artist through and through! It took almost 5 weeks to get my purchase in, and it horrible! The pictures were VERY LOW quality. Contacting them was useless, they lied over and over about items being shipped. Said it was sent to wrong address or lost in transit…

This company ships damaged, poor-quality products. Do NOT buy from them! I ordered four items - a hat, a "sweatshirt," and two t-shirts. Every single item had something wrong with it. The hat was totally smashed during shipping and had permanent lumps and deformities in the front. The "sweatshirt" was an extremely thin, clingy material and was way smaller than it should have been for an XL. One of the t-shirts smelled so strongly of old cigarette smoke that I almost gagged opening it. That smell won't come out easily. It had the cheapest iron-on design possible. I will be surprised if it lasts after the first wash. The other had a very obvious printing error that made it impossible to read a portion of what was written on the back. The company refused to let me return the order, they refused to exchange sizes for me, and they refused to refund the original amount of my order. They offered me an insulting $6 to refund me for a damaged, unwearable order that cost me over $60. I am trying to resolve the issue through PayPal now so I can get my money back. Do not buy from this crooked company. They do not stand by the quality of their products and won't resolve any issues in a satisfactory way. Oh, I almost forgot! They initially charged me a random $15 extra for my order after I placed it. When I told them I was going to dispute the charge, they refunded it. But, why did they charge it in the first place? It looks like they've done that to others, too.

Total scam, 9/11/25 ordered caps, was supposed to be USA, first tracking states arrived port in Italy (No idea from where/possibly China), 9/28 arrived customs US, 10/03 arrived shipping partner US, 10/06 depart shipping partner US, 10/10 Vancouver, WA in transit US, nothing since and unable to get any reply. Could be owner of US company but not made USA.

Bad, Bad, Bad…… don’t buy anything from them….. the quality is just the worst, customer service is ignoring the emails and don’t reply. Very bad…….

I can’t give zero stars. I ordered 3 shirts. I live in Minnesota and they delivered to another state. They will not take responsibility for this, instead want me to pay again at a discounted price. Why would I do that? I have tried to get a refund or send new product. They won’t. Such a scam.

Scam Scam! I already have a case with PayPal. Took over 5 weeks to receive despite numerous attempts to cancel this order. Product (sweatshirt) so cheap. Have contacted their "customer service" regarding returning the item and have not heard back. File report with PayPal or credit card issuer.

SCAM !! Waited weeks and no delivery. Customer service is appalling. No photo evidence of delivery, no order, nothing.

Such a con! Still waiting for refund. Do not order from this SCAM site.
