Great customer service

I had an issue with an order I have placed, which turned out to be due to a technical problem. It took a while to get it resolved, as I was just waiting to get the order unaware there was an issue, and the company also was unaware the order hadn't gone through (even though the money had been taken from my account). After I was finally able to reach them they have delivered it on the same day. Very happy with their customer service on my first experience buying from this website. They reached out to me and delivered promptly.

Delayed in transit, no tracking info to check

Goods were apparently despatched very quickly but were received later than expected over a week) presumably due to Easter post. Unfortunately I did not receive any email indicating they had been despatched, and thus was not able to track the package. However, the goods have arrived today, and are as ordered.

Your order was dispatched on Tuesday 07 April 2020 via Royal Mail. We can only assume that your order has been delayed because of the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend and COVID-19 Pandemic which has disrupted many services including deliveries by Royal Mail.

Please allow extra 1-2 days for your order to arrive.

Everything went well

everything went well, even the fact that the products had to be sent to Belgium and it was rather fast... but i couldn't order for as much boxes as I wanted, the stock was limited.
