Order is way overdue
Order is way overdue. In spite of an e-mail saying "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." there was no such link. There was a link to an account, but I don't have an account!

We apologise for the problems you was having with the delivery of your order.
We dispatched your order on time and sometimes orders get delayed by Royal Mail and because of the nature of the medicine, we cannot send a replacement as it can be harmful if two packets arrive for the same person. As an online pharmacy, we have to these extra precautions because we don't see the customers face to face and the healthy & safety of our customers is our top priority.
Because we couldn't you a replacement, we have refunded your order in full.
We will take this experience on board in order to improve our customer service.
