Addendum to my previous Review
Further to my previous TrustPilot review for Life Pharmacy, I have spoken with them who indicated the source of the advertised product detail and indicate they will update accordingly.
They were lovely, offerring to give me a full refund - though given I am unable to find any FFP2 masks for public procurement, I am happy to keep the KN95s :)
Unfortunately I wasn't logged in when I authored my previous review, so TrustPilot won't let me simply edit it - instead I'll let this review score average my previous post!

Surely you cannot advertise KN95 as FFP2?
I purchased Face Masks listed as KN95 and FFP2 ("Perfect ... for .. COVID"). What I received (which matches the product imagery on LP's website) is only labelled KN95 and "Not for Medical Use". Understanding that KN95 and FFP2 are the same manufacturing process, but KN95 does not undergo rigorous testing regulations required outside of Asia, the "Not for Medical Use" labelling makes sense. So how can Life Pharmacy label these as FFP2 and state "for COVID" when the manufacturer hasn't undergone the required process and do not attempt to assert such on their package? There's no indication on Life Pharmacy that they are not for medical use.
TBH: I wasn't even sure whether I would get my order. I received an error during payment, and no order confirmation email. I emailed them about it, sending some screenshots. But they didn't bother acknowledging me :(
