Awful customer service
Ordered my click and collect on a Thursday, a sper website order to be packed the following morning as after 2pm and dispatched. Order arrived in store the following Tuesday which was no longer required. Shop advised they cannot process refund as order went through warehouse. 2 emails sent so far requesting a refund with no reply in 5 working days. Awful customer service save your money and avoid click and collect

I was very happy ordering through life pharmacy. I got what I wanted definitely to the store for collection. Went seamless. Happy to use them again.

Quick Delivery!
Issues:- Can’t pay with loyalty points + (card or PayPal) for any transaction. So, you need to pay full amount always. Rest all excellent expenses.

Online delivery time very poor. Not next day delivery.
I usually shop instore at my local Life Pharmacy but decided to try out Click and Collect to see if it might be more convenient. Big mistake! Delivery very poor, 5 working days (plus weekend) instead of the suggested next day delivery. No reply to my email to Customer Services enquiring about my order. Neither did I receive any email regarding dispatch of my order or any information on tracking its progress. First and last time ordering online.
