Haven't got any update since the 3rd…
Haven't got any update since the 3rd January the order was placed online it ment to take 2-3 working days to delivery to pharmacy in my town. It's been paid and I've heard nothing. Very disappointed, don't think will use their online service ever again.

SHOCKING RESPONDENCES
Ordered an item for click and collect to one of life stores double checked my order TWICE before proceeding to pay and it was clicked for the correct store,when I received a confirmation email it said for a different location hours from me,I contacted the store straight away(minutes) after my order the store was no help when I emailed I got a very short response and also the incorrect store my item was sent to BLOCKED my phone number and I had to ring via private number (I did not ring numerous times or be rude etc. for them to block my phone number) Absolutely WILL-NOT be ordering from them again

A little bit disappointed because I included in my order a Neostrara gift set. Although the content was intact, the gift box was smashed, so had to keep it for myself and will need to look for an alternative

Never again
Never again, product is in pharmacy but online order cannot be delivered, I e-mailed the customer service to cancel the order, its better to shop elsewhere.

Terrible communication regarding order issue
I spent over €50 on pestle and mortar and was meant to receive a free eye cream. My order arrived without the gift. I contacted them regarding this and then received a dispatched email for the eye cream. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I have still not received it. I emailed them about this and am yet to get a reply. I know it was a free item but I purposely ordered here for the gift. I could have gotten what I ordered for a cheaper price on other sites. Giving 3 stars because the original order came in good time and condition.
