Ordered some medication from Lifestyle Pharmacy online but when it arrived it was a different brand to what they advertised on the page. I ordered specifically because I wanted the brand they were offering (because I get the least side effects with that particular brand).

All attempts to contact Lifestyle Pharmacy have been ignored.

6 emails, 4 telephone messages over the course of the last week and nothing, no response whatsoever.

Their website states: "At Lifestyle Pharmacy we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service". My experience would suggest this is false.

I am looking into how to make a formal complaint against an online pharmacy, as purchasing medication and being supplied with something other than what was shown is not acceptable.

It should not be this difficult to contact a *legitimate* online pharmacy after purchasing medication.

Posting anonymously since this purchase is of a sensitive medical nature, but if Lifestyle Pharmacy are reading this, my order number is #17009.

I had occasion, just into the New Year, to contact Lifestyle Pharmacy about possible Covid-19 testing in relation to Fit-to-Fly certificates for airline passengers.

Every organisation I had contacted about testing was exceptionally busy ... but Lifestyle Pharmacy actually contacted me - twice.

Although Lifestyle Pharmacy does not now offer Covid-19 testing ( for understandable reasons ), I was contacted by Nick Daines, who could not have been more helpful - despite the fact that Lifestyle Pharmacy no longer provide Covid-19 testing for passengers.

The information he provided was detailed, accurate & thorough. He gave very generously of his time - at an extremely busy time - to help me, despite the fact that he could not offer the service I had initially enquired about.

I was deeply impressed by what he was able to tell me, and by the obvious professional ( i.e. pharmacological ) authority with which he spoke.

His information proved essential to me; his quick reply, his willingness to spend considerable time helping me lifted my morale hugely, at a time when we are all being challenged emotionally by what feels like a never-ending pandemic.

Nick set a gold standard for customer service ... anyone reading this should have no hesitation in contacting or using Lifestyle Pharmacy ... I know I won't in future.

A final word of thanks to Nick: you really made a difference.
