Excellent quality boxes, fast delivery by DPD. I wish they offered personalised logo printing too, but loving the way it is anyway and will order more!

Excellent professional looking card envelopes, although I was slightly surprised how heavy 1 box was...my own fault...I didn't think of it!
Much better than plastic postage bags. I like all the recycling information printed on the back.

I put 3 stars because your product that I use is great but why can I not get them shipped to Canada anymore ? minus 2 stars for that. It is me that pays shipping so what difference does it make ?

We have just listened back to the call, as all calls are recorded and the only subject discussed was regarding a 10% discount code, which we provided.
There was no mention of delivery ETA or even the products you ordered as you had not actually placed your order at the time of calling. The order was placed online, so again no one could have advised a delivery date as the order was done via the web and not through human interaction.
You have called today and as requested, we have refunded you back, we have also emailed you regarding this. We are sorry that you have decided to no longer be a Lil customer.
