Turned up precisely on time
Turned up precisely on time, everything immaculately packed. Then I find out all packaging and the boxes themselves are 100% recycled/recyclable. Great stuff. Highly recommend. Also the CD and vinyl boxes are tough as nails and the product is arriving to fans in perfect condition, which for me is the most important thing. X

Disappointed with customer care
First order was perfect could not be happier. Second order however they were out of stock but still took my order. Waited 3 days (delivery time) before making contact. Only to be told they were out of stock and no stock unitll 2-3 weeks. Got no e-mail telling me this. Disappointed with customer care.

We are sorry that you have had a bad experience with your 2nd order, unfortunately there have been some teething problems with the updated website as it should not allow out of stock items be ordered and this being the case no alert would have been generated through to the sales team.
With the volume of orders coming in through the website, it would seem that this one did slip though so we do apologise again. I can see the order was cancelled and rerfundned back to you.

Good product and good delivery
Good product and good delivery, disappointed that the eco-friendly corrugated paper envelopes promoted earlier in the year have been discontinued, would have ordered them as they were lighter than the card envelopes.
