I am rating this on customer service provided by Lucy. I emailed to check in on my order, which was submitted on March 21, 5 weeks ago. She checked into it and saw that the bag I ordered was not in stock and unavailable for quite some time. I never received an email from the Lily & Bean about this issue so Lucy offered me a solution, as I need this bag for my vacation, which was to select a different color and she would have my order expedited as my trip begins on May 23. I do hope that I will receive the bag by then and if so will send another review on the quality, as I am expecting it to be perfect. Thank you Lucy for your prompt service!!!

Super happy with my purchase and brilliant customer service. My daughter is over the moon with her bday present and I really appreciated the quick delivery 🥰 thank you sooooo much! One very happy 17 year old in the house!

Lily & Bean customer service is outstanding!

I have been looking forward to receiving my personalized Jumbo canvas tote. I was curshed when I received a medium tote in error. However, customer service responded immediately, corrected the issue and shipped me a jumbo tote within a week. I could not believe how responsive Lin was and her amazing professional attitude. Mistakes happen, and Lily & Bean addressed the issue impeccably. Thank you.

Hands down theeee best customer service ever. I went back and forth about getting the item I wanted (clutch) and couldnt decide if I wanted my initials or not. Apparently, when I finally decided, I made a mistake and forgot to remove the note that said ‘no initials’ even though I put my initials in. I emailed into customer service and Lucy was so responsive and helpful and immediately fixed the issue for me. She was super helpful and nice. I totally recommend this company. The quality is exceptional at such a good deal. Totally happy and recommend!!

Ordered the travel set with my initials, very happy with the pieces, very high quality product. Unfortunately my luggage arrived with a bump in the corner, I reached out to Lucy at costumer service and she immediately told me they would send a new cabin bag, very easy, nice and super serviceminded.

I placed an order which quoted 3/4 weeks on the website which meant I would receive for my daughters 30th Birthday. I received the order confirmation apologising that the current lead time was 6 weeks. I emailed Lily & Bean support about my concerns and that I may have to cancel the order if not received by 14th May. I received an email by return from Lin explaining the longer lead time but as it was for a special occasion she would expedite for me on 15/04. Lin has followed up today 23/04 saying that my purchase is being dispatched today. Thank you for taking the time to keep me updated and your fabulous customer service. I look forward to receiving my purchase in the coming days. Well done Lin :)

So loved the large tote bag and makeup bag in beige. I was slightly worried I would not receive them in time for my trip to Italy.
One email later and so kind and helpful and managed to fast track it to me.

Their customer service has gone above and beyond to assist in replacing tote bag chains. They were quick to respond to my multiple inquiries.

I have just ordered the weekend tote bag with my initials on but forgot to add the 10% discount for first time purchase. I emailed them asking could I possibly use this for my next purchase and Lin came back to me and kindly told me she would refund me 10% of this order I just made! Amazing service! She also has put a note on my order of the date in which I’m traveling to make sure I receive it by this time. Great service and I cannot wait to receive my bag.

I ordered gifts for a birthday celebration. I thought I had ordered in plenty of time, but when I realized they wouldn't make here in time i reached out to Lucy in customer service. She actually said no problem, I will expedite this and make sure you get them in time. Yay! They arrived in plenty of time and are gorgeous. Excellent customer service!
