Awful customer service

Awful customer service, place an order two weeks ago, chased it up had a couple of replies from someone called Katie then nothing since, no order, no refund, no communication

Overcharged.

Having been overcharged (which is not disputed) the promised refund has never materialised (after endless prevarication and excuses). As a last resort I have raised the matter with my credit card company who will no doubt intervene. Needless to say, I would not buy from this business again.

Where is my order ????

It is now 14 days since I placed my order and have received nothing. They don’t answer the phone I have sent a few emails someone named Katie replied to one saying she would look into it that was 4 days ago and I am still waiting they where quick to take the money on the day I placed my order after reading other reviews I am concerned about this, just wish I had read the reviews before ordering. ———I have just received my order on day 15 I wasn’t told it was coming but it is here and looks good so far. So I am relieved I’ve got it

Crooks

Crooks! Took £208 of my money over a month ago for bedding and curtains I ordered ,no email to confirm it,messaged them several times no reply,cant get them on the phone.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES! .THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN..I WILL BE TAKING THE MATTER FURTHER.I WANT MY MONEY BACK!.

A good purchase experience!

Ordering process was very easy & clear. Good multi buy discount, we bought four. The colour match of Kelmscott cushions is perfect with our kitchen curtains. Delivery tracking could have been a bit more informative. Otherwise great & thank you.

Worst customer service.

I have received this order today (6/12/24). Left outside propped up at the side of the car!!! It was ordered on 30/10/24. I’ve had no reply to my several messages to Linenfields with any explanation of the delay or on ordering no indication it would not be dispatched for 6 weeks. Disgusted.

I ordered William morris cushions I had…

I ordered William morris cushions I had looked on other sites and they were even horrible materials or the colours weren’t authentic or they were stupidly expensive but these were a very good price for two!! And lovely colours and quality material I am so pleased with them and would recommend this site

HORRIFIC COMPANY -AVOID!

If I could have give a NO STAR REVIEW I WOULD!!! Shocking customer service! AVOID at all costs! I placed an order on the 15th Oct for a coverless duvet that I was going to order from the Fine bedding company (FBC) but they were out of stock on their website, a little google search and I saw that linenfields had it, in stock. £90 paid, order said a few days later it was completed. When I never received any tracking details I contacted them, I was told that it would be delivered soon. Another week passes, no correspondence, I email again, to be told that they had just found out that the FBC were out of stock and it would hopefully be back in that week as this is where they were getting it from!! I was shocked, so I emailed the FBC and they advised me it would come back into stock next week on the Thursday. I was told by linenfields that as soon as it came into stock I would get mine posted out.
Fast forward another week, I check on the FBC on the Thursday to see they have it back in stock, I’m thinking “ok mine will be on its way” the weekend comes and goes, I email Linenfields again!!! To be told it was shipped. Lies!! Again! I ask them the next day for the tracking number, they send me one, I go onto RM site, to type in the tracking number and it’s not live yet. Another 2 days passes and I finally get a text from RM to say they have my parcel and it will be delivered on Sat 09/11. So, I have waited nearly 4 full weeks on a duvet that they never even had in the first place, to then lie, because I had to chase them up via email several times, otherwise I’d still be sitting with no correspondence. This company is a shambles, and I really wish I had stumbled across the reviews before placing my order. I asked them to refund me before the duvet was sent, I was just ignored. Shocking customer service, Nil communication! Why they are still in business is beyond me! No way to run a business and clearly not learning anything from the reviews on here!

shocking customer service

Ordered 23 September and still waiting well into November for a duvet. cant get any order update via email and phone doesn't get answered. Choose a more reputable larger organisation. have cancelled order now, but still no response from the company.

This company is awful

This company is awful. I'm goingvto have to try and get my money back. Several weeks after ordering I've still not received my expensive duvet and pillow order. Contacted customer service twice. First time got a reply after 4 or 5 days advising me that the warehouse was busy. Left it another week and messaged them again to check on progress. Crickets. They have nearly £400 of my money and I've got nothing in return!
Stay clear!

I placed my order on 1st October 24 and I am still waiting for delivery after sending three e-mails to admin. I hope I receive my order as the products look really good. I was told in my last email that my order had been sent out on Wednesday 9th October, you dont get any updates at all very unsatisfactory!!!

17th October update... I received my order today and although frustrating to wait this long as was a bit of a hitch, I have to say that admin were very good and replied promptly to my emails x5 in total. They were very helpful to me and I love the product I ordered. Cw

Avoid!

Haven’t received any response to my order. No email was received on placing the order. Payment has been taken and so far 2 weeks after the order no goods received.
This is a high value item and the service certainly doesn’t align withe the price of the product.
I don’t know if I will ever receive my order. I wouldn’t recommend risking a purchase!

Still waiting for a refund from 19/09/24 . Nothing but excuses from this company . They claim the reviews are false but I can assure you mine is most definitely true . My order dates from 29/08/24 . Promises promises

It took almost two weeks for this…

It took almost two weeks for this company to reply to two emails I sent regarding an order that had not been sent. I finally received a reply saying they were unable to fulfill my order and sent links to other items which I did not want so I asked for a refund. I am still waiting for a refund and have sent a further email to remind them. I have not had a reply from Linenfields. They were quick enough to take the money out of my account, this is totally unacceptable. Customer service is virtually none existent and items should not be advertised if they are not available.
