From our initial purchase of a ladies and gents Omega watches to many other services provided since, the staff have been so helpful and take time with you, offering as much help as we needed, simply put exceptional service by all!.

I have often walked past this jewellers in the past , but never entered. However I went in yesterday with my Breitling watch ( not an expensive one) as a link had come lose and I wondered whether they could mend it and at what cost.

The service by ALL the staff was excellent and not only did they make the repair virtually there and then , but they did not charge me .. I was amazed.

The whole team at Ilkley are very friendly and knowledgeable and there is always a welcoming atmosphere. They are happy to discuss options and there is never any sales pressure. We have known Rosie for many years and Listers would always be our first port of call..

I telephoned to see if the shop had an item in stock, unfortunately they didn’t but because they were so helpful on the phone I called into the store to purchase an alternative item. Just as they were on the phone the team were friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.

I took my 14 year old Rolex Submariner back to Lister Horsefalls, for a full service, after originally buying it from them. I'm so glad I did. From handing it over to receiving it back in just a month, the whole experience was first class. It arrived back in as new condition, beautifully presented in a green leather pouch and outer box, with a Rolex service card ( a fantastic upgrade to the older 'papers'. The whole experience was faultless. I would never even consider taking a quality wristwatch anywhere else. Further to my previous review, in the 27 days I have had my watch back from service, it has lost just 7 seconds. This is truly remarkable accuracy.
