Amazing service at the Ilkley store. Popped in today to have my jewellery and watches cleaned. Also had a link added to my Rolex and it’s perfect now. Great selection and helpful staff. Love shopping there.

Dropping in to the boutique is always a friendly, personable and attentive experience. The whole team in Ilkley are fantastic and always make me feel welcome, whether for a large purchase or just to say hi and browse. Rosie and George are jewels in the Lister Horsfall crown!

Caroline takes time to get to know her clients, what they like and don't like. She's extremely knowledgeable and personable. She's not afraid to say if something isn't right for the client.

Also when Caroline wasn't in and I came to store, she left enough information so that Mia and Gemma could help. It was so seamless - perfect trio and exceptional customer service from Caroline as she made it happen.

This review takes into account my interaction with the staff at Lister Horsfall over a 2 month period dealing with my Breitling watch (servicing and repairs) and from my first arrival at their amazing showroom (more the quality of showroom you would find in Mayfair, London rather than the small provincial town that is Halifax!), my experience has been nothing but superb. From using their very convenient private car park at the rear to the quality of the coffee, the relaxed and helpful way all the staff look after you and their proactive approach to dealing with any queries you may have, I have nothing but praise for all the LH team. Highly recommended and I will look forward to calling in again soon as it is always a pleasure.

I have been dealing with Danielle at the Halifax branch and I can honestly say she is breath of fresh air. I found Daniele to be friendly and professional, taking a genuine interest in me and my family. She was helpful from the word go, provided great information and kept me updated throughout my purchasing process. Amazing service at Lister Horsfall in Halifax. Arrived a little late but they still helped me source some Rolex endlinks and they also adjusted a watch bracelet (I forgot to ask the cost so looks like it was free - thank you!). The new showroom is stunning too. Genuinely took my breath away - it's huge!
Will definitely be purchasing watches here....let's see what Tudor have to offer next year!
