I'm amazed at the quality at that price I've had worse from amazon at a higher price too I'm so happy with my duvet

Unfortunately the pillows I bought were not firm enough but refund easy and good communication with Littens.

Expensive but after doing some research and reading reviews I’d say that it was a good buy. Quality was what I expected it to be, but was surprised at how light it was.

Very pleased with my first order from this company.The delivery was very quick and arrived in good condition.I ordered a 4.5 tog goose feather and down duvet because my previous 13.5 tog was too warm for the summer.This one was lovely and light with no rustling or smell.I would have no hesitation in ordering again in the future.

Excellent pillows

Where to start. Do not buy from this company.
Pillows arrived quick enough, but lacked filling and were not the quality I'd hope for when nearly £200 for a pair. So I found a phone number for the company, called that received an impersonal voicemail, left a message, heard nothing back. Tried the phone line a few times over the following couple of days, same message, nothing about Littens on the recording.
Opted then to email them, received a one line response asking for the reason for why I wanted to return. When I explained they said as the items were not faulty (a moot point on the filling) I would need to cover the cost of the return postage, which they could arrange via parcelforce. No problem I thought and mentioned that I was thinking of getting other pillows from their range with more filling. To get this far the email exchange had taken 2 and a half days, but this message got a very prompt response, sharing 3 links, all to more expensive pillows that I could chose from and also saying that they would waive the return fee if I wanted to place another order. Things were looking up I thought. I replied that the pillows I was considering were a less expensive one than the one I had and I also requested the return details. After this I heard nothing more. I followed up by email and with messages, left over the next few days, but got no further communication from them.
In desperation I sent the pillows back, special delivery, at a higher cost, as I needed it to be with tracking and signature confirmation.
It was only after this that I read some of their Google reviews. Scary, many people have had issues with this company and their terrible communication.
I got most of my money back and feel very lucky to have done so. They removed some for postage costs, which I assume was the initial outgoing postage. Very glad to done with this awful outfit, buyer beware.
