Chinese rubbish! Item arrived with strong chemical smell that took several washes to get rid of. Quality of item also quite poor, pilling from the washes to remove the smell. Really disappointed that I splurged on these swaddles, shouldve gone to Target.

AVOID!!! I ordered over £490 of baby clothing from Little & Fern and paid an extra £198 in UK customs charges to release the parcel. When it arrived, the box was ripped on both sides and completely empty. Although the top of the parcel remained sealed. The rip on one side was so significant you could see straight into the box & this is how I knew it was empty without even needing to open the parcel! I reported this to Parcelforce within minutes and provided full photo evidence. I also posted in the LAF Facebook group seeking advice and emailed them.
Instead of helping to resolve the loss, Little & Fern dismissed my evidence. They claimed the courier’s proof-of-delivery photo proved the parcel was intact, even though that photo clearly shows the side of the box that was already ripped (just not as badly as the opposite side). I sent them photos of both damaged sides.
They also claimed they had “investigated with the courier”, but the email trail shows their customer adviser Bri simply forwarded my message to the owner Dayna on Monday and the owner replied today. That is not a proper investigation – it was less than 24 hours, yet they presented it as if it were conclusive and lied about it being “thoroughly investigated”.
To make matters worse, after I posted about my experience in their own Facebook group to warn other parents, they turned off comments on my post and put my account on post-approval. This looks like they are trying to silence unhappy customers rather than help them. Clear scammer behaviour.
I have spent hundreds of pounds on goods that never arrived, plus customs charges I am now trying to reclaim, and I have been treated as if I am at fault. This behaviour is unacceptable and parents deserve to be warned. The tone of Dayna in her email was patronising nonetheless. First & last time I will ever order from here and I suggest you don’t bother if you’re considering it!!!
