I have been searching for a compact and quality looking learning tower for my 16month old son for use in our kitchen. My boy is quite petite so I was concerned that it would be a little low for him to comfortably be at the counter top, but it is absolutely perfect in height. It tucks neatly in between the counter and the fridge, and is very sturdy. After a few practices my son is managing to get up and down quite easily (his new favourite thing). Assembly was fairly straightforward, only hindered by the toddler 'helping' as I put it together haha. Shipping and delivery was extremely quick as well. Really, really happy with this product, I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic kids bikes and fast shipping. The balance bike is durable, but lightweight, my little one loves it and the bike is easy to carry.

My 3yo son LOVES his new balance bike, we tried many different bikes before this one with no success at balancing but as soon as he hopped on he was a natural!
Shipping was fast and we live rural.
Assembling was so easy that my 3yo could build it in his own with my direction. We never leave the house without it! Its replaced the pram. 10/10 recommend

The product was shipped really fast and in a good condition. The balance bike is easy to assemble and super lightweight. My baby loves it!

We bought a toddler balance bike through Little Nation and couldn't be happier with how everything went. The bike arrived quickly, it was easy to put together, the toddler loves it (and we love it because it's so light to carry once they get over it)! Would very happily buy through Little Nation again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I echo what others have said about the return. Despite supposedly being a UK company, the return address I was FINALLY emailed is an Australian one, with postage costing me almost the value of the helmet I bought. None of my complaints were even acknowledged in email correspondence. Terrible customer service. So cross and wish I’d read reviews on here first.

I have found returning the item to be more difficult than I was expecting.

There is no return address provided on the website. You need to raise a return via email. Following this I was refused return address until photos were made. I was asked for photographs of the item and the item packaged up for return.

I have send the requested photographs and the customer service agent will not provide the return address. I am not used to a drawn out return process like this when ordering online.

It appears that I will also be paying for return postage, if I’m ever provided the address. This long process is not ideal when you work and a baby with have limited times to make the trip to the he post office.

I will not be using this company again.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. This is the doggiest company I've ever bought from. I sm stuck with a scooter that I don't need and can't return it because their address isn't recognised. Customer service is non existent.

We ordered a Play Couch Grand and we're a little worried about the occasional poor review....I had to come here and write a 5 star review.

I made a mistake in my order colour so got in touch with the team....they responded straight away, fixed my mistake and let me know that the product would be sent out the same day!!

Bought a trampoline from this company and while the product itself seems reasonable quality - there is a fault with putting it together. I’ve been trying for 2+ weeks to get a replacement/ refund & they’re terrible at responding to the automated help tickets (even when you reply with the information they’ve requested). There is no contact number to speak with anyone directly. Be warned & don’t buy from them!!!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I bought a children's camera. It looks nothing like the quality advertised. I tried to return the item and am faced with a hefty postage fee from UK to Australia when they clearly have a UK warehouse. Also the returns process is so long drawn out and intended to put you off even trying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Was a bit skeptical given the lack of reviews for the UK website but after a quick glance at their main site (.com.au) I had some confidence.

We purchased the pink play couch (large) and it turned up within 2 days. Unpacked and everything is as expected. The kids love it.

Good value for money for one of the larger couches out there.

Be careful opening the box and take your time... don't use a knife! You could easily cut the compressed foam inside.

Excellent little bike - my grandson loves it as much as his mum for being so light to carry when he is tired and needs to go back in the buggy.
Fabulous there are so many colours to choose from so it can be funky too and I will be getting another next year for his little brother. 🙂

I bought a very cheerful yellow balance bike for my grandsons 3rd birthday. We were impressed by how light and not too difficult to assemble the bike was. My grandson absolutely loves it!
