Tom was very helpful explaining the whole ordering process, delivery and set up of the power chair and how the old one can be removed.

Friendly and helpful

I brought a portable mobility scooter from Livewell. I called them and they were able to discount the scooter slightly for me. They even added free priority delivery. The man I spoke to (Tom) was very helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent after sales service. Replacement charger lead sent within a couple of days following my enquiry.

Delivery service was awful . My 80 yr old husband had to drag it up the path his self . Scooter seems fine only problem I have is my pavement is uneven tarmac and it feels unsteady as if it’s going tip over . It hasn’t as yet . I would say perfect for shopping centres and even paths

Delivered very quickly, if I had to find a fault it would be better and clearer information on how to use it.

Phoned Carmen first with a query - this was answered quickly with no pressure to buy. Phoned back later with an order to purchase because i was happy with the professional manner she gave to us.

You buy a mobility scooter at your own risk, from. Livewell customer service is the worse I ever encountered.i purchased a instafold mobility scooter of livewell in June 2023 biggest mistake I made,the battery charger that plugs into the battery was so hard to pull out I eventually got through sent someone out who looked at the problem and stated there is a fault livewell never got back to solve the problem, that was nearly a year ago still have problems with it.also a few weeks ago got in contact again regarding the scooter indoors reversed into.my kitchen units even the reverse lever was in its normal position'causing me to fall off the .scooter which was laying on my bad legs for around 30 minutes still waiting for it to be repaired

Ordered a wheelchair did not feel comfortable. So sent it back.4 weeks later still waiting for refund.called 3 times just fob you off really not happy will be taking legal action

Ordered jaunt 4mph pavement path scooter on phone and you have 14 days to change mind, i was helped choosing it i called to say about back hurting more vibrates the whole scooter when testing it out. 489 pounds cost and because i used a couple of times well dont get money back they say cant resell it have to try it to know if ok so i guess looking with eyes is what they want not testing it and then figure out whether suitable nice sales for selling not for problems within 14 days within my rights now im out of pocket trying to find something to help my lower back to put on then caller said bound to happen no suspension in the 1 i got so they are aware of issues and sell these looked at price with suspension couldnt believe it. Now im stuck, im not sure what to do il not be using these sound on caring on phone till u have issue with product.

Update livewell requested details order number etc never got back in touch at all i cannot reccomend these we have no rights now apparently wasted money and not satisfied outcome at all as no contact to give solution
October now i had to sell scooter livewell never contacted me even after review made my back worse and was jittery and jolts you. I had explained my conditions on phone lady chose this for me and i presumed had suspension as i see so many in my area zooming around. Livewell i dont reccomend the slogan is to care for disabled but we are just money and sales to them, i have to wait now to get different scooter i am now housebound and lost my independence due to this happening

The company has been working with a group of researchers for to make a great scooter but it is not very safe

Ordered a mobility scooter from them excellent service from them arrived the following day assembly was very easy

Seating needs to be lowered and the bottom of the ramp keeps slipping off other than that they did a very good job

The help from the sales person RYAN was really really good helped me get what I needed and it seemed no trouble at all to him
