The customer service was ok, took 2 days to reply to my email but got it in the end. I did ring and the line was busy they said they would ring me back, it took 5 hours? But I got my answers in the end. That said the scooter I bought Jaunty plus was poor quality, the seat wobbles around all the time even while on a smooth level surface, wouldn’t recommend. They have offered a refund but still questions to answer, so I will see over the next few days.

In 2020 I bought an adjustable bed and mattress for my disabled father from Livewell. The original delivery was fraught with issues - the bed was delivered late, and then they sent a different size bed frame and mattress. It took me endless calls and emails to get this resolved and it was over a month before they delivered and set up the right bed. This caused a huge amount of stress at the time and meant my father had an unsafe bed and mattress while waiting for the right one (they left the too-large frame for him to use with a smaller mattress until the right bed arrived). In the end they agreed to a partial refund given the difficulty and distress this caused.

Last month my father has moved house. When moving we realised that the “white glove” service we had paid for with Livewell had actually installed the specialty mattress upside down. This type of mattress was not meant to be flipped as it’s one-sided. Given that the installation was a paid for service provided by Livewell, we naively assumed it would be installed correctly. Since we have flipped the mattress the right way, the bed is much more comfortable for my father but after having been bent in the wrong direction for years it is misshapen and needs to be replaced. I contacted Livewell to complain about this. After weeks they replied to say that too much time had passed and they are closing the complaint. They did not even express any kind of remorse that the mattress had been incorrectly installed by their team, or that it had caused a disabled customer pain. They actually said that the customer needs to ensure it’s installed correctly - particularly bad faith when their customers will by definition be people with limited mobility, and when installation has been paid for as part of the service.

After the initial delivery issues with Livewell, I was hoping to never have to encounter this company again. Sadly this latest issue with the mattress has demonstrated the company is just as bad as it was in 2020. I will not use this company again for any other needs.

Scooter arrived promptly. Tested and had broken piece. Mother went into hospital for a week and it had stopped working, even after full battery charge.
Engineer booked, had to wait weeks for this. Unable to fix. 2 months after order, agreed to a replacement: no refurbished available. Ordered new one and paid difference (with a small discount for our inconvenience. When arrived this was broken! Delivery person, Gareth, was excellent and used old old to fix new one! Finally have a buggy that works well. Got there in the end but very disappointed overall.

Great prompt delivery and a fab mobility scooter which is easy to transport and pack into the car.It is far better than actually shown on the website .A very good scooter holds it milage well and is just what is needed to make life easier when going out on trips etc

Fantastic wheelchair is nice and light and very comfortable

I had researched the market on line and knew what I wanted, with a couple of answers that I would ask the sales rep to explain.
All my queries were answered without hesitation and I accepted this was the one I wanted.
A courteous exchange of details and the order was on its way. It arrived mid-morning on the 2nd day, with a very friendly delivery driver who ensured there was nothing further he could do.
I got my grandson to give me a hand in assembly; I am 89 and a little foolish to do it on my own. But when we had put it together taken it apart a couple of times we were down to one minute up and one minute down.
i have used it in an accommodation block of 70 apartments, and am much appreciative of the product. The major advantage for me is the rotating seat, so that i can use it as a dinning chair and be able to stand from the seat without assistance.
I am 6' 5" with a long thigh, and standing from a normal seat is proving difficult.
Very pleased indeed.

Recommended website for its clarity and breadth of information about the products. Speed of delivery, at the standard price, was next day. Prices checked were lower than competitors and the VAT exemption form is simple to complete.

My wife is very much pleased indeed about her new wheelchair and I am to because the handles are nice and high for me to push her, the other wheelchair I had the handles were down to low to push. She says it is very comfortable as well, easy to put away in car and is light to lift. All in all very good wheelchair indeed and the price was right to not to expensive.

I couldnt find how to qualify for vat removal. I have ms. I am 80. The company have been in touch and resolved the problem immediately. It is a British firm and manufacturer and the product exactly as described and well made. I will use them again.o

I was looking for a scooter that breaks down to store in the boot of the car 1 looked at the range available from livewell and decided to go for jaunt plus . I am awaiting delivery 2 to 3 days the service I received from the company was very good
