Amazing Employees!
I'm not usually one to leave 5 star reviews, but the experience provided by Emma H. was absolutely brilliant. I had reason to speak to her over the course of a couple weeks and she was so personable and diligent. Her comms were bang on and swiftness was the name of the game!

Superb service.
I normally only leave a 5* review if i get more than i would expect from a service.
We have 2 Salary Sacrifice cars with work. One with long range, one with short range. I needed to use the long range one but I wasnt sure if I would be covered as only one of us had business insurance.
I spoke to Lauren Halsall and my initial expectations were that I would be told 'Yes, good to go' or 'No, sadly not' and I would need to make alternative arrangements.
Lauren looked into it and added business cover on to cover both drivers and then did this on our other car too. Completely exceeded my expectations! So 5 *'s all round. Thank you

I spoke to Emma who was super helpful. I had a policy query which she answered and followed up by emailing a copy of the policy, highlighting the answer to the question I had asked. nice surprise not be on hold for ages and also getting a straight answer to a question, thank you.
