Bought two chairs and when they were delivered they were so nice we ordered another.
Price was competitive and they were delivered quickly, good communication by Lloyd Looms. Would buy again.

Lovely furniture fits in really well

Great communication, furniture beautifully wrapped and protected and excellent quality delighted with purchase,

This was an excellent company to deal with, emails regarding any questions or queries were replied to promptly.
Updates on delivery time also came through regular emails.
And when the furniture arrived it was of excellent quality & looks perfect in our room.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to our family & friends.

Friendly small business. Delighted with the product and they were quick to respond to queries. Delivery on time in short delivery window so no waiting around all day.

A pleasure doing business with Lloyd Loom. We chose the Montpellier to match one we already had from two years ago. Mike had all the details to hand of the previous purchase, moved ahead with the new request and kept me informed on progress before handing over the delivery to Furdeco which were equally efficient. From past experience we knew the products were first class but how nice to be able to say the same about the sales and back up teams. No chasing needed by the customer. Truly old style, five star service. Thank you.

Delivered on time. Beautiful products very well packaged.

Friendly , helpful phone call and swift delivery by a really good courier .
There was only one dinning chair left in stock and I need 4 more .
I’m waiting to hear when the dining chairs are back in stock so that o can buy 3 more .

Excellent response to order. Chair delivery in the time stated delivery men polite and helpful kept me informed as to estimated time of delivery. They unpacked the chair and placed it where I wanted it.

The delivery was on time. As promised the chair was unpacked for me.
I am delighted with my small chair.

The Blenheim outdoor armchairs arrived in good time and in perfect condition. The 9cm cushions were too thick and firm for us, but this was quickly resolved by swapping for the 5cm ones. The chairs are well made and really comfortable. We are delighted with our purchase.

Great product which arrived in good order. I love LloydLoom as they are stylish but hard wearing

This is an excellent company. When I had queries they responded very quickly and helpfully. I have full confidence in them and it is lovely to have this type of service!

This is my second purchase from this lovely Company. 1 bedroom chair 2 yrs ago and recently 2 Blenheim outdoor chairs in the delightful green. They are comfortable and very well made. The Company keep you informed and as I ordered by phone Mike was helpful friendly and gave good advice.Delivery was also very good even took the packaging away which is a bonus, I cannot recommend this Company enough they are simply great.

Absolutely brilliant

Good communication with Lloyd Looms via emails with information and updates.

Very happy with my new chair which has transformed the space I sit in.

Superb , well made laundry basket . Beautiful detail and lovely lined bag inside too . Great service … amazing packing arrived in perfect condition.
Now ordering blue chairs !

The chair I bought is the usual Lloyd Loom, well constructed & a lovely design.
Only one thing I would add is that the colour online does not look like the actual chair colour I received?! The colour is acceptable but I was disappointed it was not what I expected.
