We are a family run business, based in Halton Lancashire, and we've been selling fuels to homes and restaurants since 2004. Our specialised kiln dries our firewood onsite to under 20% moisture, making it perfect for long, hot burns and cleaner chimneys. It's also better for the environment as it produces less emissions. As FSC members, we are committed to keeping the business as Eco-friendly as possible, so the majority of our wood comes from Britain, though we do also support projects and businesses in Europe (and even South Africa!). You can find oak, ash, beech, birch, and alder being kiln dried on any given day up at the yard, so no matter your preference, we'll be able to help you. Our logs come in various sizes depending on your need, from 20kg carry-bags all the way up to 1.6 cubic meter bulk bags. We even sell the log stores to go with them, alongside a range of fireside accessories like baskets, coalhods, firefighters and kindling. Whether our customers want to cook pizza, heat their homes, fire their BBQs, or light their campfires, we've got something for everyone- even gardening products! Did you know we supply top quality topsoil, compost, and bark to gardens and farms across the country, free of delivery charge to most postcodes?

Don't touch these cowboys with a barge pole
They cancelled the order immediately and said they had refunded. One week later no refund. My email to complain, sent two days ago, has been ignored. They said they had cancelled as they had no stock and yet it is still for sale on their website! Don't touch these cowboys with a barge pole. If they have the technology to instantly take your money they can use the same system to instantly refund. I'm going to my bank to report a fraudulent transaction.

Refunds are initiated as soon as an order is cancelled, but while we process them immediately, it can take several working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider. If it's now been longer than expected, we'd like to investigate this for you.
Please send us your order number by direct message or reply with it, and we'll look into the status of your refund as a priority.
Regarding the product still appearing on our website, this can occasionally happen due to inventory updates, but we'll review this internally to ensure the information is accurate.

Great service, they called and emailed to let me know that delivery couldn’t be made on the scheduled date. I was able to rebook quickly and easily on a day that suited me better and followed my instructions for delivery perfectly. Also the product was very reasonably priced, no delivery fee. Will use again.

A bit disappointed
The package can be improved. The bags of woodash just put into the box without any protection. It was very easy to cut on the bag when you open the box by a cutter.
The woodash itself has lots of nails and gravel inside. It was very dangerous when I just use my hand to spread the ash. The 3L woodash include the nails and gravel which is not fair.
I bought it before, it was very nice. But this time feel a bit disappointed.
