Outstanding Service. Very knowledgeable

Liam B came out late at night (around midnight) to sort out a drainage issue, which was hugely appreciated. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to carefully assess the situation and clearly explained his thought process step by step, which gave me confidence in his approach.

The quality of service was outstanding. Not only did he resolve the problem efficiently and without fuss, but he also took the time to explain the root cause in a way that was easy to understand. He went a step further by outlining practical, preventative next steps for the property manager, which was incredibly helpful.

Overall, I’m extremely impressed with his work. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely committed to delivering excellent service — especially at such a late hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liam to anyone needing expert help.

Phillip gorman did an excellent job…


Phillip Norman did an excellent job unblocking my Winchester arrived on time was friendly and professional and quickly found and cleared the blockage he explained everything clearly worked efficiently and left the area clean and tidy afterwards I would definitely recommend Phillip to anyone great service from start to finish

Many thanks to Alfie. He did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to have him on site. He kept me informed about progress on fixing the problem explaining exactly what was wrong and how it was fixed. The firm is very lucky to have such a bright and polite employee.

Frustrating

The lady on the phone was very helpful but their accounting process is awful. You have to pay upfront for 2 hours (£330) regardless of how long they are there. If there is any overpayment, they take between 7 and 10 days to refund you. I feel this is extremely unfair as they take the money in advance. Even if you have used them before they don't waiver at all.

To make matters worse they forgot to refund me!

Phil and Rod were legends

Phil and Rod were legends, came late on and emergency call out and sorted the problem really quickly and it wasn't a easiest job either.
Very friendly & professional

Would 100% recommend
