Terrible company Bullying and many other illegal goings on

Pros:
Van and fuel card supplied if you go employed

Cons:
self employed have to pay £800 per month for their van and no option to use your own.
far travelling which is unpaid, dirty van given, no van stock, low pay, expected to do drainage jobs even if you cleary say you only do plumbing before joining this company

What I Learned:
I learned that the company isn't growing as much as they claim. It seems they struggle to support their employees properly, which is likely why many leave after a short time. The pay is also quite low for the work expected.

Management & Culture:
Management tends to take advantage by assigning extra jobs near the end of the day, even though there's no overtime pay. There's little to no team culture, and most of the time you're working alone.

Most Enjoyable Part:
The best part of the day is completing the job and heading home.

The company clearly needs to take steps to ensure they are employing safe and high-quality drivers.
