I'd had enough of Uber letting me down and overcharging and decided I'd give a private car hire a shot and I'm so glad I did. London Heathrow Cars was so easy to work with with a price up front and my driver even reaching out to me the day before I landed. We connected at Heathrow and the car was clean and comfortable and the driver pleasant, professional and very competent. The same was to be said in reverse - My driver picked me up at my hotel and was there waiting before I'd made it down to the lobby in the morning. Everything was simple, pleasant and professional and I will be using London Heathrow Cars on my next trip to London in about five months. Uber is great for a short trip but this is the way to go for a rather extended one from Heathrow well into London. Absolutely five stars.

I have used these guys for years now and have never had a bad experience. Moreover, after the air traffic control issues I was stranded at Heathrow after sitting for 6 hours on the tarmac. At 9:30 pm I called the office and half an hour later a car arrived to get me home. Two days later I had been rebooked and another car picked me up at 3:30 am and got me to my flight with time to spare. Exemplary service that demonstrates exactly why I use this company. For every trip. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had arranged for a pick-up from London Heathrow Airport to Bristol. Driver Santok met us promptly and made the journey very comfortable. Car was in excellent condition, with mobile chargers which made it convenient for customers. Would highly recommend.

I booked London Heathrow Cars for an airport pickup at Heathrow at 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, on the day of my arrival, Heathrow was affected by an extraordinary disruption that resulted in widespread flight cancellations and diversions. My flight was diverted to Munich, making it physically impossible for me to arrive at Heathrow as originally planned.

Importantly, I did not simply fail to show up. I contacted London Heathrow Cars and informed them that Heathrow was affected and that my flight had been diverted. Their initial response was to ask me to keep them updated, which I did.

Despite this, I was subsequently told that I would have to pay for the transfer again because the situation was “not their fault” and that I should try to claim the additional cost from Heathrow Airport.

I understand that the disruption was not their fault. However, it was also not my fault, and I believe good customer service should take exceptional circumstances into account. I had proactively communicated with them and did everything reasonably possible to keep them informed.

What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility and empathy. Rather than trying to find a fair solution, the response was essentially to charge the customer again and tell them to seek reimbursement elsewhere.

The issue isn’t simply the additional cost. It’s the way the situation was handled.

I had expected a professional airport transfer company to show some understanding when a customer is affected by a major airport disruption beyond their control. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Based on how this situation was handled, I would not use London Heathrow Cars again and cannot recommend them to other travelers.

Travelled from LHR to Leeds RTN and the experience was everything that was expected. When you want service class and friendliness London Heathrow Cars delivered. Yes you pay a little more but when you only want the best it is delivered.

Always have meet and greet at LHR. Driver was waiting. Just make sure to indicate either Domestic or International arrival point. Driver was early for our return journey-a bonus as the traffic was very congested. Cars were of an excellent standard.

The driver was right on time. He assisted us with our bags. He was polite and respectful. He followed the speed limit and was careful.

I use these guys every time I travel to or from Heathrow and have done for some years now. The cars are always clean and in excellent condition, the drivers are friendly and professional and if you call the office the staff are always polite and helpful. I simply will not use another company.

Driver was late and I had to phone office. Only 5 mins in the event but 5 mins early would have been preferable. He drove past pick up address (despite front door being open with cases outside) then seemed genuinely surprised on phone when I asked him to come back to it. Poor route chosen to get to airport and we had to queue for long time. Made flight but glad we had built in some flex…
