Fantastic service, great communication. Highly recommend

Showed up on time in difficult driving conditions. Also, reasonable price compared to others.

We booked three trips: LHR to Windsor; Windsor to London; and London to LHR. The first and last were very good. The second was a bit less so. The trip to the airport was very well done, taking only 35 minutes (at 7:00 am on December 24th), with a skillful driver avoiding breakdowns on the motorway. The service is not cheap, but avoiding luggage transfer via the underground and/or bus was worth the expense.

Excellent service! We had a very friendly and efficient driver who was punctual and got us to Heathrow in great time. Highly recommend this service!

Great ride Saturday morning. Never used Heathrow Cars before so was new to us. Living so far from Heathrow, we didn’t know what to expect. Driver turned up very early but patiently sat and waited. We left on time and driver was professional, polite and smartly suited.

Excellent Service. I arranged for my son to be picked up from Heathrow and from start to finish the booking staff, the driver Suresh, were all so helpful and polite. The pick up was on time and the driver was brilliant, it was a nice finish to a great holiday. I thoroughly recommend this company and won’t hesitate to use them again. Just to add, they track the flights and adjust the pickups accordingly, which is so helpful. Thank you to all.

Cab driver turned up 10 mins late for airport dropoff, told me he had been waiting at the bus stop up the road since 6am!!! Said he didn't have my correct phone number to call me. Office said he was outside my house he wasn't, they said they would get him to ring me, he didn't, was very casual in I was at the bus stop I'm not paying £60 odd for him to wait at the bus stop when I have a plane to catch. Rubbish driver and service was rubbish as well. Don't use them

The driver, Fariha (spelling?), was well on time, patient, made me feel relaxed and not hasty. She drove nicely and smoothly and allayed my worry about airport luggage trolley, i.e. that it was free to use without any need to insert a pound coin to pull it out. She even helped me load my luggage onto the trolley. God bless her and her loved ones.

Worst experience I’ve ever had hiring a car. We got off the train in London and when we got to the station proper, there were several drivers waiting for their clients. Not ours. I called the company and asked where our driver was. They said he texted and called me. I finally figured out he was using WhatsApp which I have set not to alert me because I only use it to talk to one person in Colombia. Instead of coming to get us, he gave directions to go find a restaurant and he would be waiting for us at the bottom of some stairs. I told him I have difficulty on stairs and asked him to pick us up at the handicapped drop off/pickup point which he said he wouldn’t do. I told him to go away and we just took a taxi which didn’t require stairs. I rate these people as unprofessional and the most pitiful of the many private vehicles I have hired in other countries, totally unprofessional.

So happy I booked with London Heathrow Cars instead of relying on Uber. Given the time we left, our extra baggage and the surcharges, it worked out to be less money and stress. Also, I liked knowing ahead that they would be there and not worrying if someone would take my request. My driver arrived almost 30 minutes early and was very professional. And the communication with the main office was perfect. I will definitely book again.

I organized my granddaughter’s first solo trip to Europe and wanted to make sure she was met at the airport and safely transported to her hotel. The personal service offered by this company relieved any anxiety about her travelling alone. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind and responded quickly to changes in arrangements. Highly recommend!
