Excellent survey excellent customer service
Really detailed survey which we were very happy with. Had a survey done recently on another house (which unfortunately fell through) by a different company and the availability of staff and the survey itself was a notch below Lotus. Very easily contactable survey booked within a couple of weeks and results with days...outstanding service. Surveyor even spent an hour talking through the results with us. Graham on reception was always very helpful as well. Only downside was their payment process which was a bit tricky but ended up paying through PayPal which wasn’t an issue. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding Service
The service from Lotus surveyors was awesome throughout the whole process. I simply asked them to carry out a Homebuyer survey report and they took care of everything else! I received a very detailed report just two days after the survey which was invaluable. I would highly recommend Lotus Surveyors and would happily use them again in the future.

Top Notch Service
The team at Lotus surveyors were fantastic from start to finish. I hadn't instructed a survey before, but Graham was very helpful and talked me through the process and replied very quickly. Jenniefer's survey was very detailed and was sent through to me very soon after the survey had been carried out. I would certainly recommend Lotus Surveyors and would happily use their services again in the future!

Full structural survey done which was received back the next working day. Very in-depth survey and extremely accommodating in relation to arranging the survey. Very professional and 100% would use them again in the future.

Fabulous service from Lotus. The fee was reasonable and the communication and response rate was excellent. The survey was thorough and the report received very quickly. The company also took the relevant safety steps to be COVID-19 safe.

Lotus Surveyors responded promptly to my request for a RICS Homebuyer survey, carried it out swiftly and provided the report shortly afterwards. The report was both thorough and detailed, and contained much useful information. Lotus Surveyors deliver a friendly and professional service and can be recommended.

Amazing from start to finish. Do not hesitate to use them! Very professional, friendly and helpful. And incredibly thorough. And the report came back to me in two days! I’m so impressed with them.
