So happy with the service from Lotus! Jenny surveyed our house we was selling as instructed by our buyers. We lived in an Edwardian house so issues where bound to come up however some unexpected ones which sounded scary at first however jenny was so helpful in how we can address them. She took her time to answer all of my questions and was so knowledgeable. Because she was so thorough we decided to have her undertake a survey on our property we bought and the survey report was extremely detailed and thorough again with lots of recommendations as to how to fix things and how some things are simply down to age and to be expected. The customer service also by Gareth he was extremely response and accommodating to our needs.

It’s always a worry to put your trust in a company you have never dealt with before but I can honestly say that I would have no hesitation in recommending Lotus Surveying Ltd. Not only was the level 2 survey report extremely thorough but it was received in a very timely manner and it answered all of my queries and more besides.

From the beginning Lotus Surveyors took their time making sure to explain everything and that we understood, which for us as first time buyers was amazing. From the first phone call when we called to get a quote to recieving our survey report the day after they viewed our potential property. Jennifer and Graham were fantastic. 100% would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again if needed in the future.

I chose lotus after seeing my sisters survey, it wasn't the cheapest but it was fairly priced and competitive with other firms. What makes it a decision you won't regret is seeing the quality of the report, pictures, advice, detailed and comprehensive. I would recommend this firm with ease.

Choosing Lotus Surveyors was the best decision for us First Time Buyers. Graham and Jenny were easy to contact and are friendly and informative, the process ran smoothly. The thorough nature of Jenny’s survey did ultimately lead us to pulling out of the sale as there was far more work than we anticipated. Jenny also phoned us prior to the survey report to speak through major areas and was there for call after the report if we needed any further clarity. We went for a Level 2 report as we did have initial worries on our property; the report was clear with a traffic light system, many images and diagrams. We’re now looking into another property to buy and will be most definitely be going with Lotus again. We have absolute faith in their expertise to help us make the right decision in the future.

Booking process was quick and easy. We recieved our survey report 2 days after the house inspection! The report was clear, detailed and included photographs. We are very happy with the service, would definitely reccomend!

The booking of my survey was easy and the report is absolutely excellent, with a lot of detailed explanation of the things checked, photos of all relevant areas and even advice on how to remedy minor issues. A detailed report of all and any potential issues with the house. Me and my partner were suprised at how much was included in the report, including many pictures. This was easy for two first time buyers to read and understand and put the decision in our hands of how we would like to proceed, having all the information at hand. Useful not only for big issues there may be with the property, but also minor ones that we may not have noticed that may become larger issues in the future.

Personable, quick, and very reasonably priced. Comprehensive report with well thought out comments. Turn-around was expected to be a few weeks, the team managed to visit, write and turn in the report within 10 days.
