The suit and shirts are fabulous we could not have achieved this without your help. Thank you for going the extra mile and making sure that everything is perfect . Suggesting the braces was ace and even taking the trouble to prep the tie & pin the pocket square. You are a credit to your profession and to Louis Copeland’s they are lucky to have you. The team in Louis Copeland are first class, I have purchased items many times before over the years including my made to measure wedding suit but on this occasion it was unfortunately for a family bereavement. I needed a dark suit quick! I explained the situation and the urgency. The team pulled out all the stops to not just get me the perfect suit but to have it altered so it would fit me like a glove within the same day, simply amazing! To top it off they threw in some useful extras I would need for the difficult day.
I would like to thank the Dundrum Louis Copeland team in making the day run smoother and that little bit easier, I was really touched how kind and professional they all were. You have a loyal customer for life!

Recently in Dundrum shop I had a sweater put away for my husband , he forgot about it , and weeks later as a long shot I went in to shop and asked the assistant I had dealt with (his name is Ham) was there a chance they still had sweater , I described the sweater and I couldn’t believe Ham remembered, and I was shocked when he even remembered my name , my husband got his lovely sweater and I was more than impressed with service from Ham , a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Lovely shop and great service.

I think Louis Copeland deserved that slap - however I have to admit today I bought a really nice MooRER jacket in Wicklow Street and it was a great experience! Well Done

to be fair - most if not all items I have bought from LC have been exceptional - what I cant comprehend is buying a €300 shirt and finding out there is a button missing! - I never demanded a refund or exchange, but to just fix it - however to end up just using the spare button on the shirt to fix it is not acceptable - you should have taken one of another shirt - I could have bought a shirt 10 times less the price with no issues

Lovely range of high end products at very reasonable prices. Takes all the stress out of shopping. An excellent range too. From a pair of socks through to a fitted suit it’s all here. Check out the knitwear ranges btw. Some stunning garments. Even open on Sunday. They have an excellent website also. Returns are simple.

I didn't think a traditional Irish retailer would have such a slick online operation. I ordered a pair of shoes on Wednesday night, about 33% cheaper than Schuh, and they arrived on Friday morning. I've had great experiences with Louis Copeland in-store buying suits in the past, but their online service matches the high standards set in-store. Will 100% use again and would recommend to anyone.

WOW! Louis Copeland & Sons sure spoiled me. I got my sweater in quick time well protected in a nice box. I also got some Lily O'Brien's chocolates. What a fabulous PR effort on the part of Louis Copeland & Sons. A great transaction for sure.

From order to delivery the experience has been a pleasure. In these extraordinary times, with many restrictions, businesses are under extreme pressures. I did not feel that with Louis Copeland... From order to delivery & beyond they made it seamless. An exemplary company - in it's product offering, it's staff and it's customer service.

My experience with LC&S has been pretty poor until now. I have ordered before Christmas 2020 (U.K. and Ireland being still in EU) and I had to refuse the parcel as it arrived after the U.K. left the EU with a massive custom bill. I have tried to reach out to the seller many times to understand their refund policy and as per today, three weeks after, I haven’t heard from them or received an answer to the various emails I sent. Do not believe the massive positive reviews on other review sites

I ordered a mens gilet in size L which was delivered the next day! Unfortunately the size did not suit and when I called the store, size M was not available. Aaron who helped me over the phone, called the supplier to order me the correct size right away. A few days later he called me back to say my gilet has arrived. Again the new gilet was delivered the next day and the wrong size was taken from me. This is such an exceptional service!! Saved me time as I didn't have to go to post back the size which didn't fit.
Really appreciate all of your help guys, super happy customer!!!

I could not offer enough praise to this company. I bought a voucher for my brother and it arrived in a beautiful box within box, and my note to my brother was inside. I adore careful packaging and it really made giving the gift much more enjoyable. I was also sent hand-written thank-you note...a welcomed, personal touch. I will definitely be back for my xmas shopping this year.
