I wouldn't get any star but it won't let me
I rang 4 weeks ago to ask bout two properties and I got told I have to sign up with them and I did I ask what was the seller / estate agent flexibility on viewing these properties and I got told they will check and let me know a week went pass nothing from them I tried and tried to ring them was picking up to phone now it's three week so I got someone else to book a viewing online they ring me couple of days later I have to sign up again ( I did again) told them bout the properties and mine flexibility still waiting so I ring them on Friday to see what going on and once again I have to sign up. Again so I told them to forget it and I will look at other estate agent than I had the branch manager ( Richard )leaving me a voicemail so I rang BK to see what he wanted I spoken to a woman and told me he was not available at the time so I rang them after 2 hrs and I spoken to the SAME woman and she try to see if he was available but when she came BK she told me that he don't work Friday I explained that he rang me and leave me a voicemail she said don't know how cos he don't work Friday I told her that I got prove that he left me a voicemail
I will not use this estate agent cos I had the same experience 15 years ago and they haven't changed

My experience with Loveitts at Trent Bridge Quays has been appalling, and I strongly urge prospective tenants to think twice before signing with them.

At the viewing, we were explicitly told that parking for two vehicles would not be a problem. This assurance was a deciding factor in choosing the property. However, once the lease was signed, Loveitts provided only one parking permit and instructed us to use visitor spaces for the second vehicle. Within a week, this resulted in two £100 fines, both rejected on appeal.

The situation worsened when the vehicle with a valid permit was fined on multiple occasions, over five separate fines, because the permit had slightly slipped on the dashboard. Despite providing proof of a legitimate permit and lease, every appeal has been rejected, and I am now facing a Letter Before Claim threatening court action for parking in my own allocated bay.

Throughout this ordeal, Loveitts has been completely ineffective. Their response has been limited to “passing messages along” to an uncontactable management company. They have shown no accountability, no urgency, and no willingness to protect the very tenants they placed in this property. This is a clear failure of duty of care and evidence of misrepresentation during the viewing process.

What should have been a straightforward tenancy has instead become an expensive, stressful, and hostile experience. Loveitts’ lack of transparency and support has left us exposed to unnecessary financial and legal pressure.

If you value honesty, professionalism, and tenant support, avoid Loveitts at ALL costs.

Loveitts have been completely unhelpful in resolving repeated parking fines issued against me, even though I hold a valid permit and have adhered to all the rules. Instead of standing up for their tenants, they wash their hands of the matter and leave you to deal with it yourself. It’s disgraceful that tenants are treated this way. Their failure to protect residents from predatory parking practices shows a total lack of accountability or care. I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable or responsible letting agent.

We used Loveitts to sell a property we have had for sometime. We wanted to use a local auction house and were very glad with the experience. The team is great, and we were very happy with the process and result.

The service we received was excellent. The whole process from start to finish was explained thoroughly and with expertise. Michelle was excellent. Nothing phased her. She was clear and concise and good at what she does.

After our offer was accepted, we had Michelle supporting with updates. The communication was amazing and couldn’t fault the after sales support she provided.
Would totally recommend this agent.

All the team were very prompt and professional. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth sale. She was prompt at getting back to me with any enquires or assistance that I needed. Having to be a sit in tenant whilst the house i was living in was being sold was not the easiest time but the guys at Lovetts made it as easy and accommodating as possible until the house was sold.
