Very good communication. Item was out of stock but I was kept up to date with phone calls and email.

The item I wanted to 8 working days to…
The item I wanted to 8 working days to get to me. Postage was £10 (for next day delivery) despite using Evri. It was a small sink waste which it turned out they didn’t have in stock despite it saying it was in stock. Customer service was good in updating me though

I'm sorry to hear there was a delay with your order. From looking into this I can see the item purchased was not kept in stock with ourselves and we do rely on our supplier to fulfill the order. This is a product that has high stock levels, but due to an increase in orders sadly this dropped below the usual level meaning there was a delay in getting the goods to you.
I cannot apologise enough for this. We aim to keep our customers informed throughout so we appreciate your comments on this, but understandably our website should have been more accurate to reflect the true availability and for that I am sorry.
We aim to exceed our customers expectations and understand we have failed to do so. We can only hope you choose to shop with us again in the future, so we can give you the high level of service we always aim for.

Competitive price. Customer service is responsive to the queries.
The only other comment is: for express delivery in 2-4 days, the first day is actually day 2 from the date of order not day 1, which is slightly misleading (and should have been mentioned very clearly and not in small prints).

I'm sorry for the delay on your order. Having looked into this I can see we did have to order part of this in from our supplier due to a lower stock level than usual in our warehouse, which did cause a small delay.
I believe we could have done more to kept you informed, but updates from our courier should have been provided once the order was dispatched - please let us know if this was not the case.

It’s 17 days since I placed my order I…
It’s 17 days since I placed my order I contacted you after 12 days to try and cancel it because it was taking so long and you told me You couldn’t cancel it, because it was already on the way and gave me a tracking number so when I tried the tracking number it says it’s waiting for it to be sent to them So on top of not being very helpful, I was also lied to will not use this company again, order number 2000035178

I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a positive experience shopping with us.
From looking into this, I can see from our initial email that we did advise of a small delay on your order due to this being ordered in from our supplier. That being said, we do rely on our couriers to provide delivery information such as advising your order has been collected and out for delivery so I cannot apologise enough these notifications were not received.
The day you requested to cancel the order, was the same day this was dispatched from our warehouse unfortunately. However, from looking at the tracking I can see that this still hasn't moved and therefore the goods have not been received. A full refund has been issued and should reach your account within 5-7 working days.
I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. I can assure you this isn't the level of service we want to provide and we have let ourselves down. We can only hope you do choose to shop with us in the future so we can give you the higher level of service you deserve.

Shower tray
Ordered a large stone resin shower tray Good service price & well packaged just as well as the driver who delivered it said it toppled over in the van so obviously not strapped down properly but have to blame delivery firm for that otherwise would have been a 5 star

Purchase of a shower tray and enclosure
I had problems with the catalog when looking for a specific shower tray but was helped by Jenny Jones
Eventually got the correct tray for my needs
The prices were far better than any other discounted site so would recommend and use again
