Well worth the wait and great for the price. I bought some burgundy leather covers for a 93 Volvo 240 to replace the well worn out factory covers.

These fit very well, I am by no means a professional upholsterer and I had no issues putting them on, in fact I learned a new skill set doing this project.

Took about 4 weeks from the time I ordered till received them but it was expected since they were a custom color for an older car.

Overall quite happy with my purchase, especially for the price, leather seats for under $400? Worth every penny.

They send the wrong color. Their phone number leads to a voice mail. They don’t answer. They also don’t reply to email. They show no address. The shipping address is a ups store. Their BBB rating is horrible.
Stay away unless you like to gamble.

I placed an order with them for our Saab and waited for them to come, it was about 3 weeks. They inadvertently had my covers wrong. Mistakes happen, its how you deal with them that matters. After talking they agreed to a return and they made new covers. The covers look and fit great and we couldnt be happier.

DO NOT purchase a seat cover from LSeat!
Regardless of some of the good reviews you see online the absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and product quality will probably leave you wishing you'd saved your money and gone elsewhere.

This is going to get a bit lengthy but I want you to be aware of what kind of experience you may have with LSeat.

We have an original owner '68 Cadillac Eldorado and they wanted the front seat cover replaced. We read the LSeat reviews and thought we'd give them a try. We ordered what we needed and when the seat cover showed up it was a) the wrong color, and b) missing the welting we'd specified (as per the stock seat).
I reached out to LSeat at the phone number listed and after a short and useless answering machine message was disconnected. Thinking I'd made a mistake I tried again but was greeted by the same unprofessional answering machine.

I emailed LSeat, explained the problem, and at some point in the middle of the night I received a reply. I mention "middle of the night" because having been a manufacturer/importer for decades I've gotten used to working with off-shore manufacturers who send emails in the off hours of the night. This is a point of concern because we have a deadline and dealing with off-shore vendors can be difficult and you generally lose a day for each email sent. I replied to the email and asked if there was someone I could speak to by phone to get the situation handled quickly but was told flatly "no", you can only contact us via email. I explained the situation and it was insinuated I'd made a mistake in ordering, but when I produced the actual order I'd placed was told a replacement would be shipped in a couple of weeks. In the meantime I finally got LSeat to send a call tag for the original cover they wanted returned.

The replacement cover arrived and upon first glance it looked correct, the coloration, the stitching, and the welting were all correct, but when our upholsterer (over 40 years experience) laid out the new cover he found it to be 4" to narrow and at least 2" too short! What?????

I immediately sent an email to LSeat, including a picture (I wish I could attach it here) and asked for a full refund. I've been waiting over a week and have still not received a reply.

Giving LSeat the benefit of the doubt regarding receipt of my first email I sent a second one on Friday, 6/2/23. It's now Monday, 6/5/23 and again, no reply from LSeat, nor do I expect one.

My opinion is, DO NOT purchase from this company, they do not live up to their promises and obligations and don't deserve your patronage.

Genuine leather that feeds the flame when burnt is not 100% leather, nothing to debate about it. I paid for the full leather option, despite my seats have a large hole in the back (plastic shell). Not even the smell of leather.

The seat covers received do not match with the original seat are intended to changeover. contour is not following the original profile, the holes are missing, the anchoring trims are different. These covers are inspired to the original but not matching the original as expected.

The covers fit a little loose, I only had 1 issue with the order , I asked for perforated insert but I did not get it . I decided to leave it as is . I emailed them previously regarding something else and they did return me email within a couple of days, over all I am happy with my experience

I ordered a popular kit for BMW that many people have already tried and recommended, and the product quality was as expected. They quoted a time of 3 weeks, and I got a shipping notification in 3.5 weeks. These kits are sewn to order, so this was a reasonable timeframe in my view. I didn't have any special/custom requirements, and the kits were correct and well-made. I had some email communication with them after purchase, and response time was good.

They sent me two botched orders.
I don't think English is thier main language. They totally screwed up the stiching on the first order and while the stiching was great on the second try they completely forgot to sew in the pleats as advertised. Now they don't respond to emails. Im gonna contact American Express and file a complaint.
Don't deal with these people...they don't take phone calls...only email.
I should have done some research before ordering.

Ordered seat covers for a 75 Mercedes 450SL. Covers were delivered within the time frame given at purchase. Covers appear to be of great quality for the price point. Installation was straight forward and covers fit fantastic. Hopefully they hold up as good as they look! Would definitely buy from LSeat again.

I ordered seat covers for my Porsche Boxster after getting a sample of the material to match it up for color. I got the covers in the time they showed online and they looked great! I had the seat covers installed by a professional auto upholstery company and they look even better in my car! Lseat did what they said and my experience was very satisfying!

I ordered complete replacement seat covers for my 1960 Cadillac. I was hesitant because of the price and reviews saying it took a while to recieve but I will say it is 100% worth the wait and the seat covers are MORE than worth the money. The seat covers I got had every single piece needed to restore both bench seats on my car, fitment was near perfect and they look amazing. Definitely give lseat a shot if you're restoring some seats!

I have a Porsche 944s2. I had a little initial trouble ordering. I picked “C” instead of “A1”. I didn’t see any instructions which one to pick. I had to email sales for some help and returned product with a restocking fee. Color picked was burgundy. Also ordered additional square feet for dashboard.

Suggestion for business: provide a contact number for customer service.

Suggestion for buyer: Be patient on order. It will take some time but the quality is very good. Contact salesatlseat.com for help. They will respond. For my seats it did take some time for installation but I was able to do a fair job and pleased with the outcome. Important to note that your installation results may be differ from factory where your car was built.

For the price, you can’t beat it.

great quality of the leather seat covers. Even my mechanic inquired about them. Price was very decent. Time to completion was very fair. The only downside is that they do require experienced hands for installation. Thus, I had to pay someone (actually more $$$) just for the installation.

Product Quality! Only downside was the length of receiving product. Over all, a great experience. Thank You!

3rd set of leather seat covers we have purchased from LSeat. Very happy with all of them. The patterns followed the originals and were east to install.

some reviews i read before ordering from lseat for the first time in my opinion are not fair to this company but i took a chance and i am glad i did. they have a much better product, excellent in fact, than reported and a straight forward way of doing business. the only negative thing i see is, it would be nice to talk with someone when needed especially when there is a problem with an order and i had a problem but they took care of it right away and the wait is reasonable. otherwise, thanks for an excellent product and hope to order again, and i will recommend your product.

High quality materials, excellent stitching, and great embroidery for my Porsche logo on my seats. Delivered on time as promised.

If what you are looking for is a company that will make your car look brand new then put your trust in Lseat. The finished product is beautiful amd well made.

Well worth the wait. Took a little longer than expected but good quality work.
