Ik wil hierbij een formele klacht indienen over de manier waarop LuckyMax omgaat met mijn verzoek tot accountverwijdering. Ik kamp al twee jaar met een ernstige gokverslaving en heb mij op alle goksites laten uitschrijven en verbannen om mijn herstel te ondersteunen.
Alle andere aanbieders, waaronder Nederlandse casinosites, Amonbet en vergelijkbare platforms, hebben mijn verzoek direct en correct afgehandeld. LuckyMax is echter de enige partij die mijn account niet verwijdert, ondanks dat ik inmiddels meer dan een jaar via chat en e-mail herhaaldelijk heb aangegeven dat mijn verslaving dit noodzakelijk maakt.
Het enige antwoord dat ik telkens ontvang, is dat ik “geduld” moet hebben. Deze houding belemmert mijn herstel en werkt mijn gokverslaving eerder in de hand dan dat het helpt. Dit vind ik niet alleen zorgwekkend, maar ook onverantwoord.
Ik verzoek u dringend en formeel om mijn account per direct volledig te verwijderen en mij hiervan schriftelijk te bevestigen. Daarnaast wil ik dat dit probleem serieus wordt genomen om te voorkomen dat andere mensen in een vergelijkbare situatie terechtkomen.
