Faite attention après que mes documents ont était validé j'essaie de faire mon retrait avec mes deux cartes bancaires de 2000 euros impossible depuis 2 semaines c'est systématiquement refusé car l'option virement bancaire n'existe ont ne peut donc pas faire de retrait par virement bancaire ni par les cartes car elles prennent pas en charge...je n'est jamais vu ça dans tout les casino y a l'option virement bancaire ce sont tout simplement des escrocs n'y aller surtout pas !

Ich habe mehrfach um eine Sperrung meines Accounts gebeten da ich eine Spielsucht habe. Aber es wird überhaupt nicht drauf eingegangen und man wird hingehalten. Sie spielen auf Zeit und handeln nicht auch wenn jemand drum bittet seinen Account sofort zu sperren

Oh, and btw they use fake advertisement of trustpilot. On there site they mentioned 4.5 stars as excellent but they don't have even 2 stars.

This website is a junk website. Don't play it. I tried to block my account. They will never block your account. They also said that they would wait for our experience to deal with the account blocking. After waiting for a week, the account was not blocked, so their evaluation was so bad.

Uitbetaling is zeer slecht duurt een paar dagen.

Ga hier niet naar toe. Allereerst is het erg lastig om überhaupt iets te winnen. En als je dan een keer wat wint, doen ze heel moeilijk met uitbetalen. Het duurt een aantal dagen voordat ze betalen en in de tussentijd krijg je allemaal niet bestaande redenen waarom ze niet uit kunnen betalen. Zo moest ik een storting bewijzen van een tijdstip waarop ik lag te slapen en dus niet speelde. Na lang onderhandelen heeft men dat geaccepteerd, maar ik wacht nu al 6 dagen op mijn geld. Riekt naar fraude.
