I requested that my account be blocked on April 3rd, 2025. After that, I followed up multiple times, asking again and again for the account to be closed. They never took action.
Because of their complete lack of response, I ended up losing a significant amount of money. This could have been entirely avoided if they had simply done what I asked.
It’s unacceptable that a company operating in the gambling industry ignores responsible gambling requests like this. They failed to protect a player who clearly reached out for help.

Ga hier niet naar toe. Allereerst is het erg lastig om überhaupt iets te winnen. En als je dan een keer wat wint, doen ze heel moeilijk met uitbetalen. Het duurt een aantal dagen voordat ze betalen en in de tussentijd krijg je allemaal niet bestaande redenen waarom ze niet uit kunnen betalen. Zo moest ik een storting bewijzen van een tijdstip waarop ik lag te slapen en dus niet speelde. Na lang onderhandelen heeft men dat geaccepteerd, maar ik wacht nu al 6 dagen op mijn geld. Riekt naar fraude.
