Please note that the shipping option selected for this order was 'Secure Priority Shipping - 3 - 4 working days' and the order was in fact received prior to the delivery timeline. The shipment has been sitting at UPS…
The shipment has been sitting at UPS waiting on Lucrin for assistance in getting it out of some kind of customs hold. I notified Lucrin customer service 2 days ago and still no resolutiion. you should be tracking shipments before the customer tells you there is an issue.

While that estimated manufacturer cost doesn't quite reflect the reality of our wholesale sourcing, we completely understand that the final retail price for imported specialty items can feel steep.
Because this specific refill is difficult to source outside of its home country, we take on the heavy lifting of international freight, customs duties, and secure domestic shipping. Our goal is to manage those complex logistical hurdles so our customers can get the products they love delivered reliably, without the headache of importing them directly.

Die gelieferte Iphone-Tasche in rot…
Die gelieferte Iphone-Tasche in rot sieht gut aus, jedoch die Qualität entspricht in keiner Wiese dem hohenPreis von € 170,-. Nach nichtmal 3-4 Monaten löste sich die obere Schicht ab, denn das Leder wurde nicht fachmännisch behandelt sondern einfach mit einer dicken Lackschicht überzogen. Und diese blätterte erst an den Kanten und weiter auf den flachen Seiten ab. Die Tasche ist jetzt matt/glänzend mit feinen Abblätterungen. die weder dem Preis noch dem Ruf von Fa. Lucrin gerecht sind.
