Personal injury claim
My case handler Abbie Sparling was very efficient and helpful and kept me informed at every stage of my personal injury claim after I was injured in a rta that was not my fault. We have recently reached a settlement after 8 months from the third party insurer which I am extremely happy with.

I would like to give massive thanks to Kai Downey, the handler of my case dealt with my claim after the Road accident. He was very helpful with providing me adequate information to enable me to make the best decision, and he is very quick in responding my emails. He is patient, approachable and very friendly. The case has been over a year when he took over from the previous handler, and since the problems got resolved in reasonable time and I have now received the compensation.
