J'adore les produits mac mais alors je n'ai jamais vu un service client aussi exécrable ! Impossible d'annuler une commande passée 2h plus tôt, il faut les joindre par téléphone dans les 30 min mais leurs horaires d'ouvertures ne correspondent pas ! Et quand vous les avez au bout du fil ils ne peuvent plus rien faire pour annuler et réponses inadaptées : comment refuser une commande qui arrive en boîte aux lettres ??? Déçue ! J'avais souhaité annuler pour grouper mes 2 commandes et ajouter des articles ben non merci j'irai chez la concurrence moins cher et plus commerçant !

I turned up without booking an appointment at the Cribbs Causeway, John Lewis store and met with Ella. Ella was lovely, she listened to everything I said and came up with thoughtful suggestions to help me achieve my desired look. 2 products were out of stock but she wrote them down for me to order later. Ella had to see to the till in between helping me but that was fine as I hadn’t booked an appointment. Ella was lovely.

If good customer support matters to you, think twice before buying from MAC.

I've been a loyal MAC customer for over 20 years and have always trusted the brand – until now. I recently purchased the Studio Fix Plus Powder in my usual shade NC35, only to discover that the colour is noticeably different from the original NC35 I've used for years. There was no indication that the shade or formula had changed, which is incredibly frustrating for long-time customers who expect consistency.

What’s worse is the complete lack of response from MAC’s customer service. I first reached out over four weeks ago and have followed up multiple times – still no reply. I’ve tried everything: email, online forms, and the live chat, which is basically a dead end managed by a chatbot with no option to speak to a real person.

It’s disappointing and frankly shocking that a global brand like MAC appears to ignore its customers entirely.

Went to MAC in Liverpool and was waiting to be served. Big blonde girl served customer in front of me then left till to help someone front of store. She then returned and served customer behind me!!! I was flabbergasted. Then a guy came to serve me and blonde girl said to him oh serve this other customer first. I was fuming. When the guy said is everything ok I explained that I must be invisible as I had been waiting patiently to be served then ignored by his salesgirl who flounced off to serve someone else. Guy apologised for her and said they were really busy but this wasn’t true as there was only a couple of customers in store . There is no excuse for such rudeness and I wondered if it was because I was an older lady. Customer service here needs a huge improvement

Le personnel de MAC à Évry est adorable, par contre les conditions par temps de chaleur sont horribles surtout en premier pour le personnel qui semble épuisé mais aussi pour nous les clientes, malgré un accueil irréprochable, je n ai pas pu rester plus de 3 min tant c était l enfer point de vu température.

Commande passée le 8 juin chez mac , impossible de se connecter ou de creer un compte ce site est une catastrophe !
Un numéro de suivi de UPS m'indique que mon colis est arrivé au point de retrait et de m'y rendre avec piéce d'identité et tout cela sans code de retrait,appel au service client UPS accueil zéro ! qui me donne un identifiant pour le locker puisque au point de retrait il y en a trois sans être capable de de me préciser lequel ❗et m'envoie un code❗fin de journée pas de code,je rappelle le service client UPS toujours aussi aimable ❗qui me dit d'attendre 24 h❗le lendemain un homme m'appelle et prétend régler ce problème de code et va me rappeler dans la journée,il me donne un codé en me précisant d'y aller avant 19h,le code ne fonctionnait pas❗ rappel à UPS qui m'informe que le colis est reparti ❗❗❗❗MAC et UPS à fuir❗❗❗❗

I went to MAC at Braehead, Glasgow. Ujala looked after me finding the best products for my holiday. Provided me with a small sample of Strobe Bronze - fantastic product. Felt a million dollars on holiday. Thank you Ujala and MAC

Visited MAC counter in John Lewis Cribbs Causeway today and was looked after by a lovely lady called Ella.
Her customer service was amazing.. Ella helped me find the perfect red lipstick that complimented my blonde hair and skin tone.
I found her very knowledgeable about the products you sell... wouldn't hesitate to buy from MAC again.
Definitely a excellent member of your team MAC ! 5 Stars !

Hatte heute einen Termin im Mac Cosmeticstore in Köln (Ehrenstrasse).
Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Jetzt bin ich für den Abend bereit. Ganz sicher werde ich, dank der tollen Make-up-Artistin, viele Komplimente bekommen.
Kann es kaum erwarten.

se volete ordinare qualcosa mettete in conto almeno due settimane prima che arrivi. servizio clienti che non è in grado di incidere in alcun modo sulle problematiche, magazzino che accumula ritardi su ritardi.....affidano la spedizione ad amazon shipping non preoccupandosi di utilizzare il servizio di consegna express di modo da ammortizzare i loro ritardi.....insomma un disastro....

I visited the MAC store on Buchanan Street, Glasgow. David assisted me in choosing some fantastic new foundation, blusher and powder, which looks fantastic. He was so helpful and made me feel more confident in my self and what sort of makeup suits my skin. A fantastic experience.

We visited John Lewis and the Mac Counter on the 4th June 2025 and was greeted by Mariella. Mariella was very helpful and as we were a group of 3 Lewis and Viki came to help. I would just like to say we had a fab experience and Mariella, Viki and Lewis went out of their way to help and were really friendly :) We purchased our products and had a lovely time doing so.

I have bought a Mac pro blow definer twice at £24 each time from boots. The first time I bought it about less than 3 weeks ago, I used the difiner about 4 times ans it stopped working, I returned it to boots who happily replaced it. The new one they gave me about 2 weeks ago, I had used about 6 times, again it stopped working. Yet it doesn't break but when you roll it, it just doesn't bring the tiny pencil anymore.

I have reason to be this is a faulty batch or a fake MAC from boots. Its such a scam to buy it for £24 and only use it a handful of times and it appears run out. I lost the recipient and I can't even return it for a refund

J’ai passé une commande depuis leur site Internet le 19 mai 2025 et à ce jour j’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande, tout ça parce que ils ont une mauvaise transporteur nommé UPS qui devraient vraiment changer, parce qu’ils perdent des clients et c’est dommage.

I used to buy yash it was the best and since they changed it, Its not the same the lipstick its big itsself but the colour and texture are wrong
Why did they have to change it so bad

52€ di matita e gloss long lasting 8 ore, e invece dopo mezz’ora gloss sparito e con lui il contorno labbra lasciando un orribile alone tipo baffi! Ho chiesto il rimborso in negozio e mi è stato negato! Pessima azienda

Como usuaria habitual de MAC cosméticos en Chile, desde hace más de 10 años, me apareció una oferta sorprendente en Instagram de MAC por lo que ingenuamente decidí pagar $2.00 y resuelta que me envió a una membresía VIP en clothestous.com con un cobro de $8.73, y de mis productos nada, para mi suerte una chica llamada Elsa me está ayudando.

MAC at Etobicoke. My daughter and I went for a Bridal makeup session with Shar and it was an wonderful experience. Shar really listened, shared information about what they were doing, and made sure my daughter was very happy with her makeup session. They went above and beyond. I would recommend Shar to any "Bride to be" without hesitation.

MAC used to be a good brand of cosmetic make up. Not anymore.
It’s now poor quality and expensive.

I recently bought the duo eye shadow and a lip pencil.
The colour of the eye shadow is very dull and the powder doesn’t seem to stay on. The colour doesn’t show at all on the eye lids and it doesn’t stay on when applied with a brush.
At £30 a pop I think I won’t buy it again.
Very disappointing product and poor quality.
With all the other make up products available on the market. I’ll use a different brand from now on.

Har tidligere handlet online uden problemer og har ikke haft brug for at få kontakt til kundeservice. Gode produkter. Men denne gang går ordren ligesom ikke rigtigt igennem - modtager ingen ordrebekræftelse og det medfører at jeg over 2 dage prøver 3 gange uden nogen ordrebekræftelse. Det er ikke muligt at finde en e-mailadresse man kan skrive til og deres online chat funktion virker ikke. De har blot et telefon nr som udelukkende er engelsktalende eller henviser til whatsapp hvilket jeg ikke har. Efter 3 dage modtager jeg så ordrebekræftelse på 3 ordrer - alle indeholdende samme varer som jeg jo har forsøgt at bestille. Nu prøver jeg at afklare hvordan jeg sender de 2 leveringer retur men her passer deres beskrivelse ift fortrydelsesret ikke med virkeligheden og igen henvises kun til telefon nr. Handler der aldrig igen - desværre for har brugt det meget igennem årene
