I cannot write a review on their website unless I give it 5 stars. Won't be buying from them and will prefer Rituelle de Fille from now on. :)

This is the review I wanted to write:
Do you think we're too dumb to know what we want? Do you think you have to turn every purple into a red because we can't handle what we think we want? Stop trying to trick people into buying another red, but there's something N o V e L about it!

Pésima, anteriormente puse otra porque después de estar una semana detrás de ellos me dicen que han perdido el paquete en su almacén y hoy día 26 vuelvo a contactar y me dicen que ayer aprobaron mi devolución y que pueden tardar hasta 14 días en hacerla. Pensaba que era una empresa seria y son unos estafadores de mucho cuidado. Amazon te devuelve el dinero sin ni siquiera reclamar y estos llevan así desde el día 13, un poquito más de seriedad.
Menos marketing y más honradez.

Received an email from MAC offering a free gift if you spend over £70, I was only originally going to spend £52 but decided to spend over £70 to get the gift. I ordered within a couple of hours of receiving the email and it said my free gift was on the order. I have received my order and the free gift was not with my delivery but they did say that fortunately I was not getting charged for it. The offer on was on until the 31st August. I phoned customer services today and spoke to a really rude advisor who said they had run out of free gifts, surely they are not having enough to go round if they run out within a couple of hours when the offer has not even finished yet. I will not be ordering again from MAC. I wish I had read the reviews first.

I can see from other reviews that this is now a trend with Mac. They send you an offer - Free gift if you spend this minimum amount - and even if you place the order immediately, there will be no gift - they conveniently say on the offer "no code necessary" and add at the very bottom while stocks last. There is no way to add the gift in your basket, because it is probably just a marketing feat. It's a shame that they have to do that, because Mac products are very good, and I will still buy them, when I need them, but for sure they get a slap on the wrist for having to resort to this sort of techniques. My rating is for the experience, and does not reflect the quality of the products, which are in fact very good.

I am really loving the MAC powder product that you sent me! It goes on smoothly & it lasts majority of the day! I definitely recommend this powder! I received this product for free from MAC for testing and review purposes.

Mi mala reseña es debido a que me regalaron una sesión de maquillaje de media hora y en ningun momento informaron que tenia caducidad de 2 meses en el tiquet de compra lo pone en pequeñito, por lo cual he perdido el regalo también resaltar que dis meses es muy poco tiempo, es muy probable que entre las pocos horas disponibles que tienen ellos y las poco que tengo yo pueda encontrar un hueco , pero lo principal es la desinformación

The website mentioned to buy a product and get a lipstick free on 26th of july. Thank God i took a screenshot to share it with my mom cause i was so excited to see this offer. Turns out a complete click bait. When i picked up my order and asked about the free lipstick, they said sorry we cant give u we are out of stock. So convenient!

I like the make up but the service in Italy is catastrophic. Don’t order on line better to go in the shop.

Gemma was just fantastic in her knowledge base and advice given to atain a natural flawless look - I also felt like she had all the patience to listen to my needs and not a rush job

Jahrelang habe ich den Puder Studio Fix Powder plus Foundation in NC40 verwendet. Jetzt, der Neue, Katastrophe. Die Farbe ist viel gelbstichiger, ich schau aus wie ein Indianer wenn ich den auftrage. Geht gar nicht

J'ai tjs achetés des produits MAC et était satisfaite sans réserve, jusqu'à maintenant.
Lors d'une commande sur le site en ligne il y a eu un problème, j'ai été débité mais sans commande et j'ai dû repasser ma commande et donc débité une 2ème fois - le service client m'explique que le remboursement prendra 5 à 7 jours, ce qui est parfaitement scandaleux puisque c'est eux qui on eu un problème - il m'est dit que la demande de remboursement a été envoyé sauf qu'ayant payé avec Paypal, on reçoit une notification qui indique un remboursement à venir et je n'ai rien. Sans réponse à ma demande pour savoir à qui la demande de remboursement a été envoyé, j'ai fait intervenir Paypal. Hier le service client MAC m'écrit pour me dire qu'il constate un litige ouvert de ma part et au lieu de s'excuser et me rembourser, il laisse mon remboursement de plus de 100euros mourir et la procédure se faire via Paypal mais sans y répondre immédiatement. Je n'achèterai évidement plus jamais sur le site, tout ceci est parfaitement HONTEUX

went to the mac store on carnaby street and was completley ignored, the customer service was bad as people who worked their were giving attitude to paying customers asking them to be patient and 'wait there turn to buy somthing' in a extremly snarky way. i did not feel welcome and left before even buying anything as no one helped me even though i was in the store for over 15 minutes. i won't be going back

It was a very bad experience at the MAC store in Dubai Mall. I visited the store on July 30th around 3:30 PM. There were three staff members, and when I asked one of them for help, she clearly didn’t want to assist me. I only wanted help finding the right product, but the staff seemed uninterested and were just talking among themselves. This is not what I would expect from a well-known brand like MAC. Really poor customer service.

Bought 1 eyeshadow, they sent it using Evri. Parcel was too big for the letterbox - for 1 eyeshadow.

I was refunded for the wrong items!!
Which were the lower priced ones, I’ve gotten in contact through chat 3 times, not successful, I was told to wait for the refund to process (NOTHING) I called their customer service phone number and completely failed. She asked me to call back ? Why ?! I’m so pissed. I will never EVER buy anything from MAC again. I will let all my friends know not to shop there either.

Visited the Norwich store inside the Jarrolds last month and was served by Sonny and Courtney who were very attentive and helpful in fulfilling my queries for lipstick and liner combos! They were both so friendly and their customer service was wonderful!

Mac Arlington TX placed an order for me in store and the same day sent an email saying cancelled due to unavailability. I have been trying since June 16, 2025 to get my refund. Whenever I call customer service they say the order was canceled and I was not charged. I called the store placed a conference call to the helpdesk and a lady named Latoya T explain to me that I will receive my refund within 7 to 10 business days back to my original method of payment, today is July 14, 2025. I am still awaiting my refund. I spoke with a supervisor in customer service today by the name of Trinity and she told me that she will send my request over to escalations and call me back. This is unacceptable and I would never ever order from Mac Cosmetics again , they are a rip off and a fraud
