Some of the most condescending people I have very interacted with. Unwilling to help and sound quite annoyed when you ask a single question about their product. They also do not show you the steps to setting this flow sensor up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Pump very cheaply build. Not sure if the hose being stiff caused the connection to break or not. But when tried to order replacement parts was told I could not by the connection would sell me a o ring that I could get at a local hardware store but would not sell me the connection that was not a internal part of the pump. Told me had to buy a new pump. Now I have a pump I can’t use.

Very timely. Great looking product. We are starting to put it in use.

We have purchased our second grease pump from Macnaught and so far, so good. Shipping has been very timely. Contacted Customer Service via email once and got a reply in 30 minutes. Can't beat the 10 year warranty!

I LOVE these hose reels. I have purchased 2 of them and plan on 1 or 2 more. I have an acre of land with garden space and the work is hard enough without dealing with hoses kinking, and trying to wind them back up. I will never hand wind another hose!!! Pushing 70 and still loving the yard work--but work smarter and not harder and saving the shoulders from further damage--as we all wear things out if we work hard- these are perfect. The hoses do not kink, they are light, they reel back nicely and without effort. They look great too!

I purchased two garden hose and one air hose reels. The customer service I received from the beginning was quick and helpful in making a decision. The items came fast and packaged well with zero damage to the contents. Once I open the packages, It was evident that I had purchased a quality product. I needed a small diameter coupler to fit recessed grease zeros on my loader and these were just what I needed

This item was delivered in about 10 days and it seems well built. I installed it in about 10 minutes and in spite of others saying the pressure was low, I did not have any issues with reduced pressure with this set up.

Product is sturdy but the unit will not retract the entire hose but instead it gets stuck towards the end about 10 ft out. Not what I expected for $250
