I ordered jewelry from Magal Jewelry on October 26th, but after purchase, the company emailed me saying my order would be delayed and would not ship “hopefully” until “at least” November 10 well past their advertised timeframe. I requested a cancellation before shipment, but they refused to issue a refund, citing a “no refund after 24 hours” policy. This violates FTC rules requiring sellers to offer refunds when they fail to ship on time. I have found customer service to be poor with the only communication via email once every 24 hours, and based on other similar reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. I may now have to file a chargeback and report the company to the FTC and NY Attorney General and if you find yourself in the same boat please review your consumer protection rights. Buyers beware, read reviews carefully before ordering.

The customization is so neat. I can choose my color, which was black, because it goes with everything. I love the simplicity of this beautiful jewelry. It arrived on time and in a stunning velvet envelope.
