I had ordered from this company many years ago without any trouble. However I wish I would have read recent reviews and I wouldn’t have ordered. I ordered at end of Nov and expected this to arrive by Christmas. I did get a couple of emails saying delayed shipping but was promised and guaranteed they would arrive by Christmas. I needed 1 of the 3 bracelets before Christmas before my nephew flies to Italy to bring it to my niece. Well it for sure won’t be able to get it to her and I probably won’t even see her till next next Christmas. And I am very doubtful the other 2 will even arrive by Christmas and I have no gifts for my nieces. Very disappointing and rather disgusted. Why keep advertising just a few days ago for delivery for Christmas.

I ordered Christmas gifts on the 22 November for shipment to the UK. I received confirmation of a 5-7 day dispatch. When it became clear by the 1st of December that this had not been dispatched I contacted Magal to say if it got to the UK after 10th December we would no longer be there. I asked to cancel as they failed to ship and we wouldn’t receive. They said it couldn’t happen as it was personalized jewelry and they were working on it. I then kept asking for details of when it would be sent, so I could offer an alternative address. 19th December they shipped and now because of change of address I have incurred a hefty duty charge. Which is why I asked to cancel when they didn’t meet their original dates. There personalized items have no names, just a specific colour band on a heart. Nothing they couldn’t resell. Clearly they had not been made either or they would have been shipped. The gifts will also not arrive for Christmas and have cost me over $130 in duty. They were not helpful and this is awful service. Never once did they willingly acknowledge delay, only when I kept asking and was told we are working on it. Totally unacceptable. So disappointed. One month to make it instead of 5 days the the lies of personalized, but not made yet.

I enjoy the pieces that I have ordered. They arrive in a timely manner, and the quality is as described. The pieces are delicate yet stylish, and I enjoy wearing them!

Very easy to shop Magal website. The quality of their jewelry is high. Any time I ever had a question about a previous order I would receive an email back with an answer right away.

Edited: I would still not purchase from this company. Promised Christmas after there were significant delays. Purchased in November.......will not arrive until after christmas. Refusal to cancel the order. the claim is that the items are custom, they are not, there was nothing individual about my order. Don't waste your time and money on this company!!

Do not purchase from this company. It is a complete scam. They will continue to tell you that your order has shipped when it has not. Really disappointing. There are so many great small businesses out there.......do not waste your time or money. I have reached out to support many times with only vague and non-commital responses. 3 weeks later and still no shipping date!

I placed an order of 2 items, which were a bracelet and a necklace, a few month before gifting them to two very very special people in my life. The necklace is good !! But the bracelet was broken off the link the day the person put it on !! Mind you my family member lives in a different state from me.
So I was on face time when it broke and I asked to have it mailed back home to me hoping that Magaljewelery would replace not even refund but they came back at me saying I needed to pay an additional 40 some $’s and I did t think it was fair and right to the customer. I paid over 200$ for both items for them not to resolve the problem they still wanted me to pay an additional 40 some dollars$$ that’s crazy eyyy!!!
I wish they have better customer service and are able to help when something like this happens. How embarrassing!! For the products not to be real !!!

Worst customer service. They lied about when the order shipped. They lied about the item being in production. They refused to cancel the order, even though they said production was delayed. Then they said production was on hold. Then they refused to refund my money, wanting to issue me a store credit.

I got this necklace with my kids birthstones and I really like it. It’s simple and cute, exactly what I wanted.
Usually anything that’s not real gold makes my skin break out right away, but I’ve been wearing this one nonstop and haven’t had any reaction at all. The quality is honestly better than I expected.
It also arrived quickly and in good packaging. Overall I’m happy with it and would order from here again.

Great customer service and beautiful custom bracelets!

Not only is the bracelet adorable as I expected, but I’m also pleased with the shipping material/packaging. It’s a nice little pouch that looks nice and can also be used as storage or for travel.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I’m sure I will purchase more pieces in the near future as there are many more that caught my eye!

My order was a bit delayed. But worked out in the end. Customer service was helpful.

All the bracelets and necklaces that I have purchased have been very high quality. Haven’t been disappointed with any piece that I’ve purchased.

Poor experience with customer service. The website states repairs are free within 90 days, yet the response I received contradicted their own policy. I had to follow up multiple times with no proper resolution. For the price we pay, the product can’t be worn every day because it tarnishes within 30 days. Very disappointed with the inconsistency and quality.

I ordered the nylon cord bracelet /in red with 0.1ct diamond.
1st issue: the cord had a flaw after only 30 days of wearing it but they don’t warranty that so I shipped it to their repair team in Colorado.
2nd issue: cord broke few weeks after the 1st restring repair.
So I shipped again to their Repair team in Colorado…. Then I never received my bracelet back from repair after many emails to Magal Support. Support emailed me that their repair team had a medical issue and are delayed. That was in May this year…2025!
Can’t trust this company since they never retuned my bracelet to me :(
I lost out over $300.00 for the bracelet cost, 1 repair cost and 2 shipping fees.

Your support email is how have been communicating and no reply since May 2025. I don’t find a direct phone # for a Magal Jewelry.

Beautiful piece. Wanted a necklace that would represent the two girls I have in my life and this piece did that perfectly.

The bracelets I have ordered are very well made and substantial.

Easy ordering...shipping was fast . Jewelry was as advertised.

Purchased a bracelet Oct 23. Money taken from my bank ($210). STILL have not received (11/12) nor tracking DESPITE numerous emails saying otherwise. STAY AWAY. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE...

I love the Magal pieces that I ordered! The only thing I would do differently is order a larger diamond on my string bracelet. The small diamond, although very sparkly, is really small. My necklace is sensational.
