Maidmans Moving & Storage Ltd Opiniões

Pickup from vacating property (2 bed bungalow) was excellent. 3 men.

However moving into new property was chaotic as a second team of 3 joined the original team. (2 bed bungalow).
We did give the original driver instructions which room was which, and all boxes were labelled, but It seemed to us that some of the men just wanted to empty the van and leave.
A washing machine was set down facing a wall, and a cabinet (which I admit already had a small break) was broken in at least 2 other places plus a leg broken off. Now unusable.
We were run ragged trying to direct them.
It was chaos.

hard working and friendly

I had requested that soft items be left in drawers but these were boxed causing extra unpacking work

The Maidmans team were so professional, calm and fun. You can relax with these guys on what is such a stressful day.
They clearly have years of experience and were so swift to assess a problem and come up with a solution. Everything was moved beautifully. When we did get stressed, they had great emotional intelligence and humour. Kind, thoughtful and very good at their jobs. Thank you so much.

The company were very helpful and supportive from the first visit re assessment to collection of wardrobes a week after the move. The removal men were very polite, extremely helpful and showed considerate care when handling my belongings. I can’t not fault this company. It is the second time I have used their services.

Excellent service, they took away all the stress of moving home. Everything was packed into paper and boxes, heavy furniture moved up to a top floor flat and put in place. Absolutely brilliant.

Very helpful and friendly staff from those in the office to those dealing with loading the furniture.

Maidmens surpassed my expectations. Their employees were polite, thorough and took great care to make sure they carried out a demanding job efficiently, professionally and cheerfully.

Storage Items Delivered
Having had my items in storage with Maidmans for over a year I was pleased that when it was finally delivered it was in the same condition as when originally picked up
Delivery was exceptional and very pleasant people. Thank you Maidman

Very efficient and the two men were helpful and courteous.

Thoroughly recommend using the packing service. Everything packed in a day and no breakages.

Maidmans were a delight to use for our first move in 16 years! From our very first contact, no pressure sales, good clear advice and tips. We had them pack too, everything was packed swiftly but carefully. On the day calm but got soooo much work done . Strongly recommend them as a proper professional friendly company to do business with.

Arrived on time and quickly got on with the parking. Very helpful and considerate during a time of high emotions. This is the second time I have used Maidmans and was not disappointed

Whist it was just a local move and the quatites were not large, I found the service provided to be exemplary.

Excellent communication, punctual friendly and helpful polite staff. Experienced and efficient, very organised and thorough throughout. I recommend to all as nothing is too much trouble. Great thank you.

Very efficient friendly service at very competitive price. Could not have chosen better company.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole moving team at Maidmans. They were amazing from start to finish!

We originally booked them, then unfortunately had to cancel, but when our whole exchange/completion situation changed, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit us in again at very short notice.

The team were professional, friendly and made what was already a stressful process so much easier. We really couldn’t have asked for better service.

Would definitely recommend Maidmans and would absolutely use them again (if we ever move again! 😅).

Many thanks to the whole team!

Generally good but didn’t always pay attention to where items should be placed.
Men were all very pleasant and good to deal with and patient with us when we wanted things moved around. Nothing was lost or broken.

I used Maidmans to move out of my flat, store my furniture and deliver to my new house in Hertfordshire. I did all my own packing. I was provided with plenty of great quality, new boxes together with tape and packing paper. Communication with the logistics team was excellent. The men at both ends of the move were efficient and courteous and nothing was damaged. The quote from zmaidmans was the most detailed and competitive of all the quotes I received. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a complicated move as some items were staying at the house in storage and others were moving to a different location. Great guys, worked so hard in the heat and took great care. We have ended up with a few things in the storage area that should have novef with us but it’s OK we can move without them.

Excellent service, only one problem they left me without any socks! For the onward journey. 😱😁. Norman and Lin Sewell ❤️
