Really helpfull every step of the journey,

I cannot fault the service from Manning Stainton. From beginning to end their service has been efficient, helpful and professional. Joanne was my moving manager and she kept me up to date with the progress of the sale, it so much easier have a dedicated contact rather than speaking to a different member of staff each time I phoned. Great experience.

kept in regular contact with updates (unlike my solicitor Ryan Property Law) Friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble

The service we received was 1st class, always a smiling face, all queries were answered fast and very politely, the staff at Crossgates Leeds are very professional, knowledgeable and very understanding of any and all concerns.

1st Class Service!
Natalie Adkin and Megan Hirst at the Crossgates Branch looked after the sale of our property. Moving house is such a stressful event to go through but Natalie, Megan, and the rest of the team made it so much easier. As a naturally anxious person I was so worried about every step we took....from Valuation, to viewings, to the sale, to completion, but the Crossgates team (Especially Megan as she handled a lot of my queries) were very patient and understanding with us and always provided us with updates/responses as soon as possible. Thank you so much for everything! I hope to never go through the stressful process of moving again, however, if I do then I will definitely be using Manning Stainton. THANK YOU!

My sales progressor Tori was amazing keeping us updated with the sale of our house each week. Going back and forth to both solicitor taking the stress out of selling. I will miss our chats Tori you are a credit to the company.

We have been shown round the same properly a few times by Karl and he is brilliant. Very informative and professional but also so lovely!

I was kept informed at all stages and they were prompt in helping me out when I needed advice. Special thanks to Tori who was very supportive

Karl is always fantastic. He has previously sold us properties, and always gives first class customer service.

Excellent service from initial valuation of Mums house by the Crossgates Office through to completion with the Mannings conveyancing /legal team. Everyone from start to finish were friendly and on the odd occasion we had to ring them the phone was answered promptly. No stress at all with Mums house sale. Thank you all so very much for everything.

Recently had 2 viewings on a property in Leeds and can't rate Ian from the Crossgates branch enough. He made us feel comfortable during the initial viewing, so much that we hoped it would be him welcoming us at the second viewing. And it was. Ian was very knowledge about the property and the surrounding area. He was very professional but also friendly and put us at ease, making us feel able to ask any questions we had. We didn't feel rushed and were given time to really get a feel for the house.
Thank you Ian - keep doing what you're doing... 🙂

"You really completed the task quickly.
I thank all your staff-well done! May you be successful. I was very happy with you. Thank you again."

From start to finish Mannings have been a pleasure to deal with. Prompt replies to queries and very professional in every respect. Special shout out to Dale in the Crossgates office and Joanne, the move manager both women showed great stoicism and a drive to get the deal over the line. I will definitely use Mannings next time I move!

Karl has shown us around numerous properties over recent months and has always been very helpful and professional. We’ve now found our new home and he has helped once again with additional viewings.

We are satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was always helpful and tried to assist us as much as possible. Never ignored our phone calls or emails.
There was a miscommunication/ lack of communication that we realised at the end of our purchase, however managed to sort it out .

Joanne was amazing throughout our home buying journey. She followed up on everything quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. She was super helpful, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated her support ！

Karl is such a lovely guy. He already has showed us couple of properties. Every time he was very polite and respectful.

Great viewing experience from Karl … always on time …very knowledgeable about the property.
