The property sold quickly and Manning Stainton were very efficient. Joanne was a great help in dealing with the solicitors and buyer on my behalf. I had very little to do in the whole process.

Lovely friendly staff, always kept you upto date. Worth every penny they were so helpful and quick

manning stainton go above and beyond to ge the sale over the line
joanne williams in particular was a pleasure to work with,
very satisfied with the service i was given

Updated on progress every week. Made the whole experience of selling our home of 22 years a whole lot easier. Would strongly recommend using Manning Stainton. It was Joanne we dealt with most but all the staff answered any questions I had when I called.

From the first time I met Lesley from the Crossgates branch I knew I wanted to entrust the sale of our family home to her. She spoke very highly of her team and rightly so as all of them work together seamlessly with professionalism and confidence.
Joanne Willians is a brilliant Move Manager, she kept me up to date throughout, chased everything, told me when things were not going to plan and also told me to just relax when they were and I was worrying!
I would highly recommend.

BIG Thank you to Joanne Williams at the Crossgates branch, she has always been very helpful and replied to all calls and emails promptly.

Joanne williams was brilliant from start to finish. We had weekly update calls which made the process of buying and selling a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend. Thanks so much we really appreciate your efforts.

Ian at crossgates showed us round he was great 👍🏻

I couldn’t have been more happy with the service received from Manning Stainton in Crossgates. This is the second time I’ve sold through them and I wouldn’t use anyone else.
The process was incredibly smooth, from a fantastic valuation and photography service by Lesley, frequent updates on regular viewings from Dale and then fantastic sold to completion updates and support from Joanne.
All the staff are lovely, helpful and absolutely keep their promises. I couldn’t believe how easy they made it for me!

The team ensured I was aware at all times of the timelines and requirements in a very comprehensive and professional manner. From the initial enquiry through to obtaining my keys I always had someone who was there to make things happen. Thank you to Joanne Williams and the team I really appreciated all your efforts right through to finding the gas meter!!

Nearest to house

Well done to Ian for all his thorough property knowledge and particularly his knowledge of the local area.

Joeanne is a first class sale manager, from start to finish. She was always at the other end of the phone. She would always get back to you straight away either by email or phone. She was honest in answering questions or queries, she would chase up buyers or sellers so well done Joeanne & thank you for all your hard work I would definitely recommend your company on your work alone .

Curious staff and although not much contact I was happy with service

All of the team who have worked on the sale of my property have been outstanding from start to finish. I was kept up to date with viewings, feedback and any queries I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. Emails were responded to usually the same day and if not, certainly within 24 hours. Special mention to Dale, who was exceptional, getting in contact regularly to check in and discuss the progress before handing over to Joanne Williams who managed the move, also exceptional. Joanne kept in regular contact and I never had to pester for information. Phenomenal service from everyone involved and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

My Brother and myself found the staff at the cross gates branch extremely helpful, especially my brother Trevor. Nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond at times. Thank you.

From the moment I met Leslie who came to value the property, I was impressed and had full confidence in her. She really listened to what I wanted from the house sale and did not make any assumptions of her own. She built up a good rapport with me from the outset and I felt that she was really interested in us and cared about our sale. Her suggestion for the sale price was spot on, fair for us and the buyer, and we achieved a sale very quickly.

In the handling of the sale process, Joanne took over and she also was a great help. She was efficient and a good communicator. She kept me informed regularly and stepped in to push the process on when we needed it.

All in all, the sale of the house was handled very professionally and efficiently by all the team. Thank you everyone.

Fabulous service from all of the staff, Lesley, Dale, Joanne, Tyler, Natalie, Izzy, Shazia and Nicole at the Manning Stainton branch in Crossgates.
All of them were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Any questions were answered in a timely manner and I was kept informed at all times regarding the sale of my mum's home.
I would definitely recommend anyone to use this branch of Estate Agents.

Special thanks to Joanne, the Move Manager for seeing us through to completion with diligence and excellent communication. Also to lovely Lesley, who came to take the photos when there were workmen in the street, and revisited another day to do the external shots rather than make do with a camera angle that excluded them!

All the staff I encountered seemed enthusiastic, helpful and motivated. The main reason for choosing Manning Stainton was that they are open every day. They conducted all the viewings. Some were outside their advertised office hours, so they are clearly flexible to meet their customers’ needs.

Very efficient, kept me and my sister up to date all the time, everything ran very smoothly
