Very efficient house sale service provided by Vicky. The whole process has been seamless and Vicky kept me updated at every stage.

We got good information prior to the sale and received updates by text, phone and email. The app was useful and the if the named contact changed, or was on holiday, we were informed.

I was impressed with how well informed the Moortown Office was and on the occasions I visited people were very clear about what was going on.

Holly from Manning Stainton was a pleasure to work with. She set up a weekly call to update me of any progress outside of my side and regularly checked in with me to make sure we were on track and if there were any issues.

She is a great asset to the team in Moortown.

Great experience selling our house through Mannings (Moortown Branch), dealt with very efficiently, good communication throughout and a great service for a fair price. In particular Vicky was great and helped us throughout the process, I would recommend them and her to anyone looking to sell.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, everything was clearly explained, and the team specifically Holly Abbot went above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent.

Fabulous service from start to finish. From valuation which was competitive yet reasonable, to photos being taken, to Holly being my main contact and receiving regular updates on viewings and the sale, to the actual completion of the sale - all went smoothly with no hitches. Great professional company and staff, especially Holly.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the Manning Stainton Moortown branch. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. A special thank you to Becky, who went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Becky kept me updated at every step, answered all my questions promptly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly. Her attention to detail and warm, reassuring approach made a huge difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I would highly recommend the Moortown branch to anyone looking for exceptional service and a team you can trust. Thanks again, Becky — you were brilliant!

We are in the process of selling a flat and Holly Abbott has been our contact up to the point of it being formally under offer. She has kept us fully informed of progress and been available to discuss and advise on the particular complexities of our sale. So far, thanks to Holly's professionalism, Manning Stainton have exceeded our expectations.

Although our purchase didnt go through at the end, the service we received from Becky Rosenberg of Manning stainton was outstanding. Becky was professional, patient and approachable. The communication was prompt at each and every stage. We really appreciate their honesty and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Louise and her team supported our purchase from start to finish. All communication was indeed very responsive. There were big issues along the way but they were all worked through
Vigorously.
We would not hesitate to use the Moortown office in the future.
Thank you

A great experience with the purchase of our new property. Holly Abbott at manning stainton was on the ball from start to finish, keeping us informed every step of the way. She is a credit to manning stainton. Thank you s

Gurpreet has saved my day! She was so professional, patient, considerate, and efficient in solving my struggles during the tenancy. It is often the accumulation of small goodies and kindness that makes a wonderful world. Thank you, Gurpreet.

Very helpful staff, . made the buying and selling process a lot easier, always kept us informed all through the process.

Amazing service from start to finish

Exceptional at selling the property but did not do sufficient checks on the buyers source of funds which led to a very protracted period before exchange. Our initial sales progresser lacked urgency, however when Phoebe came on board to help finalise the sale, she was exceptional and had to deal with challenging conversations but did it all very professionally. Thank you Phoebe!

The 2 stars are for them putting our house on Rightmove. Manning Stainton promised a great service and fell very short. Individually they were very pleasant people .

Michelle is a superstar! She held our hand the whole way through the ups and downs of the buying and selling process. She was professional, efficient, friendly, calm under pressure and nothing was too much trouble. Her team were amazing too. They all responded to our queries in a prompt and competent way working tirelessly to get us to our goal. I would certainly recommend Michelle and her Moortown team!

I really appreciated being given weekly updates through the process. We had other parties (solicitors/other agent etc) who were very uncommunicative and left us frustrated. However Manning Stainton were very good at letting us know as much as they knew on a regular basis and we really appreciated this.

Michelle was supportive and provided all the details . Communication was good and she managed the timelines well. Thank you!

As purchasers Becky in particular was excellent at keeping us informed , offering reassurance and chasing all parties involved making the process less stressful.Thank you.
