We can’t thank Alex enough for their incredible support and efficiency after we experienced water damage in January. From the moment we reported the issue, Alex took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Alex coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time. They even arranged for the removal of a damaged sofa after two years (the landlady previously refused to remove it).

Alex’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. We truly appreciate their efforts!

Teddy Johnson is my property manager. Despite being new to the account he has quickly taken charge with a variety of issues that just happened to come up all at once. I’m happy to say he has looked after everything perfectly, and he took the strain out of it for me in the process. When you have someone looking after you who is knowledgeable, reliable and engaging it does make the whole business easy and enjoyable, which is important to me. Cheers, Dave

During our time with Manning Stainton, we had a few different property managers, but Alana was by far the best. She was always great at communicating with us when needed and provided fantastic support throughout the process. When we decided to buy the house we were renting, she was especially helpful, making everything much smoother. We really appreciated her assistance!

I want to say a huge thank you to Alana Bates for helping me with the sale of my new flat, she was been so helpful and has answered every questions we had.

Luke was really helpful in getting my property ready to be re-let and in arranging to get personal items sent to me in Australia.
