I have used Manning Stainton for a number of years, from both a rental perspective and most recently selling a property. Service was excellent, kept me updated and there were a pleasure to deal with.

Our sale took 7 MONTHS! To complete. There was very little interaction from their so called “ move managers”just the odd 5word email or quick thirty second call on Friday afternoon to make it look like they were doing something! To my mind This company did very little to warrant their HUGE fee!

Excellent service from Manning Stainton when selling our house. We were kept informed every step of the way. Debbie, Rochelle and Gemma were especially helpful in guiding us through the sale process and keeping everything moving as smoothly as possible.

Bought a flat with Manning Stainton, and I don't know how they could have provided better service; they were great! Debbie in the Pudsey office was extremely nice and helpful, answering all my questions as I was a newbie to the whole house-buying thing. I felt very taken care of - thanks!

My experience was fantastic with Debbie and Sara from start to finish, they were very accommodating, friendly and professional at all time. This was the purchase of my first property and they both did an excellent job, I would recommend using Manning Stainton in the future for anyone else. I completed on Friday and the process of picking up the keys was also very smooth so I am very happy with the overall service. Thanks Debbie and Sara and to the rest of the team ☺️keep it up!

I was very happy with the service l got from Manning Stainton, from selling my house 16 months ago to purchasing my apartment 2 weeks ago. Debbie at Pudsey branch was very helpful and kind and kept me informed regularily on what was happening. She made the process go through as smoothly as possible.
If l ever moved again ( which l don't think l will!!!) I would certainly go with Manning Stainton again.

It was a wonderful experience working with with Manning Stainton.
I viewed with houses.
Habib Ali is been a wanderful sales negotiator always available to answer any question always available to dissipate any doubt.
Will recommend Habib to friends and family

We have recently sold our property with Manning Stainton and have been so pleased with their service and professionalism. Habib was our sales negotiator, and he was amazing. Always keeping in touch with us, organising our viewings around our schedule and coming back to us quickly if we had any queries. Special thanks also to Emma who did our valuation, who was also lovely and got everything sorted for us quickly. Thanks again to you all, and we will definitely use Manning Stainton again when needed.

Debbie, Gemma and Rochelle all went above and beyond with my purchase. It was a long process (through no one's fault) and MS kept me in the loop the whole time. Excellent communication and a big thank you to them for keeping me sane!! Would recommend this team again and again!

Bought a property marketed by Manning Stainton, and had regular contact with both Gemma and Rochelle during this process. Both were excellent, keeping in regular communication and doing everything they could to make sure the process went well. This was despite a huge error made by a solicitor earlier in the chain, resulting in significant additional complication. Would be very happy to buy a property through Manning Stainton again as a result of this.

Our experience of viewing properties marked by Manning Stainton was mixed (we saw quite a lot, since our house was on the market for a while). Some of their colleagues were great at the viewing, others seemed disinterested or knew nothing about the property. I'm sure this is hard when they have a lot of houses on the market, but at the time it made us feel we had made the right decision in using a different agent to sell ours.

Manning Stainton handled the sale of our property. All involved in the sale, and every team member we had contact with were very professional. The team managed the viewings, queries and negotiations, and despite some issues, with buyers pulling out and having to re-list the property, they achieved an asking a price we were happy with and the final sale went through without a hitch. We first met Emma who was our initial contact, advising us on the saleability of the house and a realistic asking price. Our main contact at Manning was Debbie, who guided us through the sales to completion. Debbie was very approachable and supportive throughout the sale process. We would definitely use Manning again to list any future house sales.

Thank you to all the staff in our recent house sale. Everyone was knowledgeable about the process, helpful and friendly as we progressed from house viewings to completion. Gemma and Rochelle were actively in touch, keeping me up to date, making good links with all parties involved. They will be my go to Agency for any future house sales in the area.

Picked up my keys yesterday and over the moon with how the whole process went. Every member of staff that dealt with me at Manning Stainton was kind, efficient, personable and fantastic at their jobs. Gemma and Rochelle looked after me during the process, called me regularly with updates and celebrated all the wins with me, 6 weeks from offer to acceptance is incredible and couldn't of been achieved without them. Deborah (Debbie) was just the person I would want to pick up my keys from, if that makes any sense, she made it feel as special as it was, despite it being something she does so regularly. The goodie bag was also a touch x

Gemma and Rochelle were great. They were so proactive, kept me regularly updated on progress and what the next steps required are. They were easy to get hold of and very responsive. Exactly what you want from a first class service!

Gemma and Rochelle were great. They were very responsive to all my emails, calls and questions and kept me updated with all the relevant details and information. Thank you!

Ellie communicated efficiently and was very friendly during the sale negotiation stage of our purchase

The Pudsey Team for Manning Stainton have been first class in all aspects of my property search/purchase, both regarding viewings at several properties, and during all negotiations through to completion. Sara Wilson was especially proactive through the entire process, keeping me informed and chasing updates as needed. A sincere thank you for your collective efforts!!

I knew Habib from Manning Staton Wortley, he was already spot on with replies, keeping me updated by email ( my preferred communication method)
When I found a house with the Pudsey office I was pleased to hear he moved there and Briony and Debora have been nothing short than amazing. Great team and great customer service!
I am confident in using this agency.
