I can’t thank Sally North from South Leeds Lettings enough for being absolutely amazing! We were travelling from a city a few hours away to view the property, and unfortunately, the weather was terrible with extremely heavy rain, which caused us to be late.

Sally was incredibly kind and understanding. She waited patiently for us and, despite us being late, was so welcoming and took the time to show us around the property properly. Her professionalism, patience and lovely attitude really stood out.

I needed a new place, preferably in Leeds, to continue with my treatment for major illness. I needed a place urgently.

I phoned up Manning Stainton to enquire about a property they advertised on Rightmove. I spoke with Madeline. She listened to my predicament and then, very quickly arranged for me to attend a viewing the next day. She also assured me that if I liked the property, she'd be able to quickly submit my application.

Madeline is a credit to her profession and her company.

Having found a property and making an enquiry via Rightmove, I received a call from Madeline at the South Leeds office within the hour.

Madeline was fantastic in collating all the details required to send us over the application forms and we received everything almost immediately with no issues.

Madeline was extremely polite and made the whole process simple to understand and effortless.
