Over a three month period I was completely satisfied with the customer service. Initially in branch from the valuation and subsequent marketing of the property communications were timely and supportive.
Once a buyer was agreed a move manager (AR) took on the process of managing the sale to completion.
The move manager role is critical to a successful outcome as they assist the seller and buyer in the process to facilitate outcomes keeping the sale on tract. Issues naturally arise in the process, the move manager role assisted a successful outcome.

Dealt with manning stainton wakefield to purchase and sell our investment property, the whole experience was professional and easy. Friendly helpful staff at the branch. If anything could be improved it would be offer exposure through social media as well as the usual channels. Overall very happy with the service we received both as a buyer and a seller and would recommend.

I sold a property through the Wakefield branch, Manning Stainton always had viewers lined up. Georgie was great at keeping me informed. The property fell through a couple of times but MS were quick to ensure no time was wasted in finding new buyers. Throughout a really difficult sale with lots of ups and down, we always knew we had Laura at the end of the phone ready to work some magic.
Laura stayed with us throughout the process from us making our first offer and has been with us up until exchange and completion which is soon enough.

I've sold with these and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend them at ALL. They're brilliant if you're buying from them, but if you're selling, they'll just call you, rip you off, and give you false information. They'll slip something into the contract that you haven't actually read, so you have to be absolutely careful. Make sure you read every single detail because they say one thing and then do something totally opposite. I spoke to the branch manager again today and, as expected, he just defended his staff. I've been totally conned, 100%, and there's nothing I can do about it. Would not recommend dealing with them at all.
