Best

Manning Stainton were fantastic at helping us sell our house! Thank you to Lesley and Lucy in particular. They understood our need to move quickly and got it on the market within a couple of days of us first contacting them. When our first buyers pulled out they took the time to contact all previously interested prospective buyers to let them know it was back on the market again so we were able to repair the chain quickly. My only negative comment is it was difficult to get in contact with anyone at the branch during a week or two in the summer holidays as they were understaffed due to leave. It took a day or two to get in contact with the right person at times but it didn’t hold things up too much.

I would highly recommend using this Estate Agents, and would like to send my thanks to Lesley Alexander for her professionalism with assisting us through the process.

A big Thank You to everyone at the office who helped me with my move.
I would like to especially thank Alex who supported me through the whole process including when I thought it was never going to happen! Alex kept me constantly updated and rang me back every time I left her a message. I really appreciate all her hard work and dedication so a massive thank you!

Alex was really good at keeping in touch and Lesley constantly monitored the end sale
A good team in Wortley!

A terrible completion, but no fault on MS part. Lesley Alexander was attentive and tenacious on my behalf for over a year. She hassled and cajoled solicitors on a very frequent basis until they finally pulled it off. Thank you

Our experience with manning Stainton was great, we couldn’t fault the team there at all.
The only issue we had was with their recommended solicitors, Levi’s. So maybe do research for your own.
This however does not take away the great job that manning Stainton did and how efficient they were.

Leslie at estate agent was very polite and kept me informed of everything from beginning to final completion what a superb team they have nothing is too much trouble I would recommend this estate agent looking to buy a property in the future to speak to any member of their team 5star not enough they should have a 10 star rating what an excellant service

In our dealings with the staff at Manning Staintons, initially Nikki and then Leslie Alexander, we found that they were always helpful and willing to take the time to explain how the process was progressing. This was particularly so in our sale where the buyer had issues with finance which delayed matters. As we had not experienced this before it was good that Lesley kept us well informed and was able to give us reassurance, based upon her experience, that the sale was progress and that we would not have to start the whole process again.

Lesley was an absolute superstar, going above and beyond to help us secure our first home, and dealing with some very challenging solicitors. Thank you so much!

Manning Stainton made the process really easy for us as first time buyers, all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were initially dealt with by Lucy who showed us around our property and answered any questions we had, we were then dealt with by Lelsey through to completion, both were really helpful and would highly recommend Manning Stainton to anyone looking to buy.

Lesley worked on my sale and was excellent at chasing things up regularly and keeping me updated. Great service.

Lesley was professional and 10/10 from the moment she was assigned my property thankyou 😁

Excellent customer service from viewing to completion
