What can I say but wow the clown fish I ordered are beautiful as is the sun-tailed Goby and they all arrived so well packed. Living in an area that has very few aquatic shops that deal with the marine and reef market I rely on online dealers. Would highly recommend marine world aqutics to anyone

Placed an order recently and the livestock arrived within 2 days, in excellent condition, and have settled in well. The fish are very healthy, were packaged well and the shipping container was still warm on delivery. The delivery bags were well sealed and the water appeared clean. There was even a free gift of live copepods.

I often purchase from Marine World Aquatics. Often it’s their weekly update on livestock that tempts me back to the website.

Just be aware that not all items on their website are available and you should check stock availability before ordering. They are very responsive to emails and the what function on the website (I’ve used both).

Would definitely order again!

Great service, all arrived well packaged and healthy, it did take 3 weeks for it to arrive coz they didnt have all items in stock but other than that, great service

Absolutely disgusting response!!
I purchased a carpet nem it arrived in the smallest bag I’ve seen with no water. My irony I didn’t take a pic of it in the bag as I quickly tried to save and put in my display tank. It immediately turned my whole tank cloudy and bits of the nem started floating around. Within two hours it was melting. I messaged marine world to be totally insulted swore at and threatened.
They clearly think they are the best in the world and because they sell a lot they can’t get it wrong once.
There response, immediately saying I was inexperienced and obviously it was my fault. Swore at me and threatened me to phone him if I had anything to say.
Customer service is literally the worst I have ever come across. And to sell livestock in that state should be illegal.
I pity anyone who has a problem with a product from this company.

I received the live stock (cleaning crew including Astrea snails, etc. within the timeframe. All the occupants were alive and healthy looking. The heat pad enclosed kept the water at a suitable temperature. After a slow drip acclimatisation process, I placed them into my reef tank. This is the second day and all seems well with the new occupants. I am confident that I will online shop with Marine World Aquatics again in the future.

Fast order processing , as a marine fish shop they also looked into instruction about delivery and order . I had issue with delivery but this was issue from Royal Mail not from marine fish shop . Fish conditions is poor possibly because of transport and way how Royal Mail handle with parcel , hopefully with time fish will go back to form . The best option is personal collect but general is worth recommended . Price for stock is acceptable and in many case extremely affordable for most of customers

I have used this company twice and they always deliver fish in a very good condition, well packed and in a very healthy state, without no visible parasites.

BEWARE OF ORDERING FISH FROM THESE GUYS!

I ordered a 2 x fish and 3 x shrimps from these guys on 30/12/24. We had some bad weather and as a result (which I don't mind) the despatch of the fish was delayed until 16/01 using Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £24.95. The box arrived and all instructions were followed.

The False Gramma was fine and swimming around in the bag, but the Clown Tang was upside down and behaving erratically. I took a photo of the fish in the bag and put the bag into the top of the tank and followed the acclimatisation rules.

Once the fish had acclimatised for quite some time I carefully released them into the tank when they promptly swam off and hid in my coral reef wall. The Clown Tang made a couple of appearances swimming upside down and just not looking right before disappearing off behind the coral again. Later that afternoon I noticed the Tang dead on the sand on the base of the tank.

I got hold of Marine World who told me this never happens and asked me to send a picture of the fish in the bag and also a picture of the dead fish out of the tank with the tail clipped off which I did.

I then got a discount code for £55 (the cost of the fish) but if I were to order a replacement it would cost me another £24.95 to have it shipped.

Also the 2 x Sexy Shrimp I ordered were not in stock and not sent, it was only when I told Marine World how unhappy I was that they said they thought the refund for the shrimp had already been done, but as it hadn'tt they would send a refund.

If you are considering buying fish from these guys BEWARE. They expect you to call within 1 hour of receiving the package (it's in the T's & C's you know!!!) which everyone reads all the time I am sure.
Pretty poor response to the customer in my opinion and £55.00 down the drain.

I will never be using these guys again, and would urge BUYER BEWARE AND BUYER CAUTION if you are considering it!

If the £18.00 refund arrives for the shrimps it will be a bonus...they won't refund my £55.00 and I have a discount code to use at my leisure.

Will have to check if Distant Seller Regulations trump their T's and C's and will do so if I can be bothered for £55.00.

They advertise out of stock items as being in stock.
They take payment for these items.
They then cancel your order as soon as you've placed it and then keep your money for up to 7 working days without apology.

Purchased a range of crabs/snails and a few fish on a Monday. Website stated any orders placed before a Tuesday night would be posted on Wednesday. They didn’t post it until a week and a half later, emails were rude. The order turned up and it was only the snails and crabs, they had refunded all fish. We wouldn’t have ordered if they couldn’t supply the fish as that was what we wanted. The livestock that did arrive was packed in tiny bags with no heat! They’re in really bad condition and one was dead. It’s actually really really sad and I wish I could upload pictures of how these live animals were sent out. Ordered from a few online marine companies in the past and nothing has ever been sent out in such small bags with minimal water.

Fish was of a good standard. The coral rock was reasonable. Royal Mail delivery though for livestock is not a good option. The box was leaking and cold.
